Uncharted 3 remastered just humiliated Halo 5 in graphics

For a last gen game although one of the best looking, UC3 remastered at 1080p "permanent" / 60fps just single handily murdered Halo 5 dynamic res / 60fps in the graphics department! The texture res, density of foliage and 8x af in UC3 really showed how weak Halo 5 is in those areas. Not only is this a testament to how much ahead of the curve UC3 was last gen, it also proves what a piss poor effort 343i did with Halo 5.

Gotta admit, he's right. You could put footage of crap AA, crap AF, last gen textures Halo 5 up against the Disaster Chief Collection (especially 4) and no one would notice the difference.

I missed the screenshots of aiming at trees and walls.

That literally just looks like the PS3 version. And the PS3 version looks nowhere near as good as Halo 5 does. Hows about a good debate like Uncharted 4 vs Rise Of The Tomb Raider? Because both look CGI to me.

My holiday photos look great too and they'll give me more replay value than any UC game....

Well that would be a logical debate, which has no place here.

Considering the xbox one pretty much had nothing until F6 i would not even dare to go there,a year is 12 months not just the last 4 you know.

And the PS4 does have exclusives and games that aren't on xbox as well.

It has more than 100 games more than on xbox one,which has been pretty gameless for the first 8 month of the year,and it wasn't until an old collection of game hit,and then F6,and still to this day not a single 90+ game on meta,even semi exclusive like Titanfall,Ori.

So before you talk share with me what you played on xbox one for the first 7 months of this year.

Well the screen he posted aren't bullshots,you can see the incredible textures on that UC3 screen,while Halo 5 was just accuse of looking like Halo 4 by DF it self,last time i check UC3 >> Halo 4 graphically.

I think that's a rediculous statement to make. Artistically maybe but the graphics are way way ahead in Halo 5. Uncharted 3 remastered looks like the PS3 version in 1080p. Also Halo 4 was one of the best looking games last gen.

If you're going to troll, make it more believable. A Sony remaster (meaning a very shoddy one) vs a first party studio next gen flagship exclusive. There will be many graphics techniques in Halo 5 that Uncharted 3 won't have. The remaster only has like 1080p 60fps, better shadows and textures. It's equivalent to tweaking a few settings in a PC game.

And yeah, Rise Of The Tomb Raider looks CGI.

Halo 4 was one of the best looking game last gen Uncharted 3 was better looking which is the problem.

The open areas visible in the Warzone footage can look decidedly last-gen in places with blurry, shimmering foliage and poor texture filtering recalling the African plains of Halo 3.

In many ways, this feels like a visual evolution of Halo 4 at 60fps.

DF on Halo 5,they even compare Halo 5 Warzone to African Plains in Halo 3 man,Halo 3 which is a freaking bad looking game not even close to Killzone 2 or Uncharted even the first one let alone the 3rd.

They feel like the game is a visual evolution of halo 4 at 60FPS and they aren't the first to say that we here have been saying it for quite some times,some people just don't want to admit it Halo 5 look terrible is a last gen game in 60FPS.

Anyway even DF agrees that Halo 5 looks like Halo 4 uprezzed, there's no denying how disappointing the weak sauce Bone has been to the main exclusives, I hope MS learns this lesson hard and start treating its fellow lemmings with adequate hardware come next gen.

Apples & Oranges really to these pics. One is a FPS game. The other is an action-adventure game. But above all, they both look fantastic to me :P
