This is what Ratchet and Clank looks like through PC remote play, top image was set on "High"FPS and 720p, game blackout and I had to actually stop playing. PS4 sucks at streaming.
Bottom image is set at 540p 30FPS. Unless you have a good connection ( I got 50 mbps), don't bother.
