Also, UC4 is going to look sick. I hope it's more open ended and fun to play though. They need to work on the platforming and either make the puzzles worth while or ditch them altogether.

On this concept art you can clearly see that there is a city underwater, which might mean it will be in the game. In other words, spoiler.

Tomb Raider III was the first game that I was exposed of playing. It was so different from what I was expecting, which I thought it was just a tps and nothing more. It was fun and challenging with puzzles.
