Sorry man, had to stop reading when you said you haven't played MCC, seriously. I have and had absolutely no issues whatsoever going through all four campaigns consecutively and it was Masterful. I consider MCC the best package on X1 at this time. 6.0 yeah right oh and Witcher 3 had as long a list of fixes needed as MCC if not longer with no MP at all and it scored 10... hmmm. go figure.
Anyway, I'm out and don't want to derail thread as my first post was just sort of a jab is all since yes, still salty about the 6.0 score. :P
I have played through the series more than one time and if I see footage with massive frame drops in split screen coop I don't need to play it--it is what kept me from buying xboxone.
It's pretty self-evident that the lack of multiplayer isn't the real problem, it's the lack of multiplayer in games that previously had it. Let's review;
The collection costs the same as a new, full retail game (according to Amazon UK & US)
All three PS3 versions are cheaper combined and will still have multiplayer on two of them
Multiplayer features removed from games that previously had them
No back compat means it's the only way to play Uncharted on PS4
Uncharted 4 is now going to be mandatory for multiplayer Uncharted on PS4
"Nathan Drake Collection" doesn't contain every game with Nathan Drake as the protagonist (Golden Abyss)
Quantity arguments invalidated due to cheaper games lasting longer than all three Uncharted games
This is simply a shoddy product facilitated by the PS4 missing a backwards compatibility feature.
So it looks exactly the same with a higher resolution and double the framerate.

You guys don't quite get the point of why Sony has been releasing a ton of remasters. Its because a good portion of the PS4's install base never owned a PS3. This is a great way to get into the franchise before Uncharted 4 comes out.

If they had given the MP, which wasn't that bad if I remember correctly, I could see some value in it. I don't blame Sony from a financial stand point. They need easy profit and that's what these releases are done for. Not for those who didn't play them, its done for easy profit.
So since UC in 60FPS is so game changing and all...why is UC4 30FPS?

I think most games should go for 60fps these days, the graphics can still look great at 60fps. Nothing ages perfectly anyway and nothing is photorealistic at 30 frames either.
So if you beat the game in 11hrs well congratulations you spent $20-$60 on a 5hr game sheep.
I really can't fathom how reviewers put up with this crap like they forgot they are reviewing games not B rate movies with cliche story telling.

/Facepalm. I saw 6 hours and thought to myself.. Holy shit no way could there be 6 hours of cutscenes? MGS4 has about 9 hours I believe, and thats including some cutscenes that last 30 mins (ending is something like 90 mins or something.)
Played the video, skipped a little bit and it does include gameplay in those 6 hours and 36 mins, dialogue while jumping or moving an object for example. I'd guess the cutscenes themselves are < 1 hour long in total.
So if you beat the game in 11hrs well congratulations you spent $20-$60 on a 5hr game sheep.

No the CGI alone is roughly 3-4hrs.
Above vid include CGI + in-game so in the end it is very much 6 hours.

Agreed 100% but remember most Playstation 4 gamers have a low level of skill and need linear shitty set pieces, scripted events and hand holding. They'll hate the game for making them think, it hurts their poor little brains D:
