Uncharted: Drakes Fortune 8.0 - KEEP IT ALL HERE!

Well, so much for Uncharted: Drake's Floppage and Ratchet and Clank: Future Tools of Flopadelphia being system sellers. joe_g_patton

Anyway, I think both these games will sell well eventually, but I don't think they're system sellers. The first big one for the PS3 will be MGSIV.

Will I drop SIXTY DOLLA BEEEEEEEELS for that? HEEEEEEEEEELLLL NAW!!!!! This is yet another decent game that will have to wait for a price drop before I check out the full version. So cows are now duck and covering and going back to the just wait mantra. So far it's been just wait for Motorstorm, then F1, then Lair, then Heavenly Sword, then Rehash and Clunk and now Uncharted: Drakes' an Idiot. No AAA this year, no killer ap no reason yet.

I was watching the ad for Uncharted and lol'd. It shows this dolt trying to sneak up on these people when his cel phone goes off and alerts them. Most people with an iota of intellegence would turn off there cel's, oh well.

As far as who's in damage control here the last 4 360 exclusives (Forza 2, PGR 4, Halo 3 and Mass Effect) have averaged 8.925, what is the GS average for Lair, Warhawk, Motorstorm, R & C and Uncharted? Not even close, proving that 360 is the game platform and PS3 is the lame platform.

BTW, by SW rules, ME flopped, calling it massive is bunk, Lair was massive. Trying to claim ownage on me is fruitless since I DIDN'T HYPE IT.Uncharted, not a flop. The only game I've hyped was SMG and lo and behold I was right on the money. Still the best of the year and way aboveanything on PS3...

The flop/not flop system is kinda weird when on one console lots of games are hyped AAA, and on the other the games are pretty much all hyped AA or lower. 11Marcel

Actually I don't care about any of these numbers. They don't make any sense across the board. You cant come up with 2.0 worth of critisism in the review yet it magically scores an 8.0.

Dont think that this bias doesn't exist at other places. Add in the fact that this and a few other fanboy sites drag the score down anyway so these aggregate scores are useless. The media is still operating under the Post E3 2005 letdown and the $600 price tag BS. Its still happening and it is what it is. The 360 came out first all these reviewers had a year to warm up to that system. The PS3 didn't jump out of the gates and make it look like XBOX1.5 but the reviews are still holding them up to that standard. Its actually really childish. Lording over others with Scores and other Peoples opinion isn't really any better.

If Uncharted is actually an 8.0 I would expect the written review to articulate why its an 8.0 just like I would expect it to tell my why something deserves a 9.5. This didn't happen on this review. The cons were that it was too easy and too hard and the story sucked. That doesn't cut it for explaining the 8.0.

On top of that PS3 owners are saddled with a reviewer that seems to be not ideal for the game being reviewed. This is the 3rd high profile PS3 game here that was served up to someone who's taste is not the game genre being reviewed. Thank god Halo 3 or Bioshock weren't assigned to sports game guys.
