Gamespot's reviews are just as legitimate as every other gaming website, and arguably more legitimate than reviews from Playstation magazines (which are included in GR's average).

AAA IMO, and also a lot harder than I needed it too be as my first PS3 game.

and it looks better than the entire Xbox 360 library, but again PS3 is way to powerful.

I think the only people demanding this is a AAA game are cows, to be honest. :? It's certainly not a bad game by any means, but with a winter which saw Halo 3, COD4, Crysis, SMG and Mass Effect, Uncharted doesn't quite step up to those games in my opinion. It was still a pleasure to play through, but the repetitive enemies and somewhat dull combat left it feeling like a dumb 90s action movie.

The game is short and boring, it is nearly only 1% adventure too, a real shame IMO, i would give it a 7.0 because of the graphics, no more

If it had some REAL puzzles, and some real platforming, and less of those stupid boring battles and enemies, would be a 8.5 for sure, but sadly it is nothing like i expected it to be, it is NOT an adventure at all

Yes it's just his opinion. He was ASKED for his opinion. So I think it's a bit odd you'd attack him for voicing it. I would argue however that more people agree with Jive_T's assessment, then agree to let YOU act as their mouthpiece, chuckles. One more point of clarification...

It isn't one opinion versus ANYONE elses. Varying opinion's CAN co-exist. I saw it happen once, and no one's head exploded. It was amazing.

Thats exactly how I feel about it, i would give it a 8.0 . I didnt care to play it again. For me a AAA is a game I play over a few times.

even thou im a wii60 guy ive got to admiti really enjoyed uncharted when i played it down a mates house for a while the other week

Just because it had good graphics,doesnt make it AAA. Its short and has no online(which could've been easily implemented)

let him be...there are people that say MGS's story is bad and Splinter Cell's good...if you can believe that.

The truth is Uncharted has arguably the best story, storytelling, camera direction andvoice acting this gen...yeah, craps all over Bioshock and Mass Effect which are actually quite good but very amateurish when compared to Uncharted.
