Wii=best selling system this gen(yes sales matter)
Nintendo=doesnt care about move
sales would only matter if the equaled the quality of games they were thrwoing at u, which it doesn't rotflWii=best selling system this gen(yes sales matter)

sales matter lol. quality>quanityYou do realise what a dumb argument this is don't you? You're basically trying to say that Sony invented sports...bobbetybobplease elaborate wat u mean n I'm guessing no one even read the link right just when I said that wii sports copied eyetoy sports
sales dont matter LOL get real kiddies, if sales didn't matter FF13 would only be on PS3
if sales didn't matter Sega would still have a system
Who cares??? Every company copy each through out history and they'll continue copying each other = FACT. get over it people, its not like the MOVE its going to change anything or hurt Nintendo.RTUUMMwith the way sony is advertising it could

Yes I read your link, it's basically someone saying "Look Sony had bowling on eyetoy and Wii has bowling!" And your point is what? That Sony invented the idea of a game having bowling, or table tennis, or golf? This argument is the same as saying Infinity Ward ripped of IQ because they made a shooting game in the first person perspective. Sports games are a genre of gaming, you can't really rip off a genre, just because eye toy did it with hand gestures doesn't mean they invented anything.
Oh, and why have people STILL not realised that the reason people say Move is a rip off is because it looks and functions nearly identically to a Wii remote, it has nothing to do with games.
At some point, you're going to realize that there is nothing wrong with someone copying someone else and that you don't need to damage control it.
Sales matter to nobody other than the company selling the product. On Topic: I dont think Sony copied Nintendo at all with move. If anything, they made a better version of motion controls.Wii=best selling system this gen(yes sales matter)

never said sony invented it, but now no one can claim that sony copied wii sports and as for them funcioning identical, wrong since move senses another axis or something like that other then the wii and the same could be said about PS3 and 360 with the controllers functioning identical amirite or eyetoy and natalyeah to the companies it matters but not to us. sales dont equal a good console or a good game FACTsales dont matter LOL get real kiddies, if sales didn't matter FF13 would only be on PS3

There isn't proof yet that The Move is better. That's only an assumption.
Everyone copies everyone. Its been this way in life since day one. Its no big deal so get over it people..geeshhhh.
Gotta say its funny to see people keep posting this when the controllers aren't even identical, in Move the direction pad is on the sub-controller instead of the main controller, the main controller has less buttons and most importantly one has a big ball on top.

And both are being held the same exact way with wrist straps the MOVE is a ripoff deal with it...
1. How do you expect them to be held?2. Including safety features is a ripoff? :o
And if you want to get technical they aren't being held the exact same way, in one the thumb is bent.
[QUOTE="KevinButlerVP"]Uh dude. You know Nintendo created the D Pad, Shoulder Buttons, Analog Stick, Rumble ect, right?
Dataleak
Actually Atari created the Analog stick for the Atari 5200 in the 80s...

The Move controllers are a carbon copy of the Wiimote, cmon man. How it's split in two, the fact that it's a wand. They look identical except the Move has a huge glowing light ontop of it. And obviously, button layout.Uh dude. You're confusing Joystick with Analog stick. Two completely different things. -Edit- Ok, the Analog stick is a variation of a Joystick. Still, it's not quite the same. :P -edit- Ok, the Atari 5200 was the first controller with an Analog Stick, but it sucked.[QUOTE="onewiththegame"]Sales matter to nobody other than the company selling the product. Well, the button layout is obvious, and they probably added the huge orb ontop because they maybe, JUST MAYBE felt guilty for completely plagerizing Nintendos design.

No they added the orb because that's how the Ps-eye tracks it.sells make you a stronger person .......... oh now what they dontWii=best selling system this gen(yes sales matter)

LOL the tec demos have proved the move is more accuratebecause Nintendo was smarter with their design and marketing?
i mean lets be honest, eyetoy was never a good device for motion control, it was always so-so or "man this had potential if in the right hands"
and judging by the PSEYE on the PS3, sony never gave a **** while Nintendo created a whole market for it
i mean PSMOVE is nice and all, but don't take credit for basically letting another company do all the hard work and take all the risks, then copying whatever they did

Yeah they took Nintendo's controller design.
what else are they going to make it look like? it makes sense to make it a stick because its easy to hold and use and everyone will be used to using the controller because of the wii, it would make no sense to make it a different shape, also the Wand looks more comfortable to hold but i dont think the buttons on the wand will work out very well.

and you know nothing about creativity and design
Yes I do. But the M+ is circled implying that its that same.It doesn't matter if Sony copied the Wii with Move (which is an awful name. Whoever came up with that should be fired) or if they arrived with their stupid lollipop looking thing independently (unlikely).
Nintendo did it first, and actually took a risk with it. They released a console based on it. Sony is releasing a Wii copy (for all intents and purposes) as an addon. There is a huge difference there.
