Lost Odyssey is not being made by the same team as the one that made Blue Dragon. Just the same studio.

Fable 2 will fail? The first one didn't. Just don't hype Fable 2 as RPG of the millenia and we'll all be okay.

Fallout 3 is being made by the makers of the ES series. While it won't stick to its roots, it will still be a great game in its own merits.

Killzone 2 could succeed. One event doesn't create a pattern (or two for that matter). It just gives a good sense of what to expect next.

Too Human is supposed to be a solid title. Perhaps not AAA, but solid.

Halo Wars is being made specifically for consoles AND is being made by the people who did Age of Empires. I'm expecting great things from this game in improving the whole RTS on consoles bit.

I don't feel like bashing any games right now so I'll avoid Too Human but you should pick up Fable if you can. It was hyped to be the greatest Rpg and failed miserably in that regard but it still turned out to be a really fun game that added a lot of unique twists to the genre.
