Unpopular games that you love (No 56k)

The Mark of Kri

An old PS2 game with probably the most intuitive combat systems ever. Combine that with Disney-esque character design, artsy presentation, animations that are jaw-dropping even today, and buckets of blood and we have ourselves an overlooked gem right here.

I used to have that game. Not a bad concept fundamentally, but the excution wasn't really at the level it could've been, also the game was too short.

Lol.. that game was definitely mindless fun. Maybe a bit more mindless, imo. :D

You can call it a terrible game

You can call it a mediocre game

you can be like me and even call it an awesome game. But im telling you, if you go into this game completely blind like i did, even though its possible to beat this game in about 5 minutes, you will play it for about 20 minutes, not have any idea what to do, and just turn it off probably, because its so confusing, youll just have no idea what to do, it took me like an entire summer once of playing it every single day, of just experimenting, running around constantly, until i finally beat it. Beating this game, was like one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Spyro Heroes Tail-PS2...not to be confused with Enter the Dragonfly. "Heros Tail" is like the first 3 Spyros.

Sonic 06-360 Problems werent as bad as everyone made them out too be, except maybe the load times.

LEGO Racers-PS1 Great Cart Racer, I assume was passed off as a Mario Kart clone. Other cart racers can be fun you know. Its a genre, Mario is not the only one in it.

Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3. A lot of people are hating on it, but I think it's great. The game mechanics are very solid and it's extremely fun to play online. Not to mention that I play the 360 version, and it controls very well.

I can understand Lair but Dark Messiah? I'm pretty sure that most people (at least in my experience) loved it, or maybe it wasn't popular because you rarely heard of it due to the fact that it was on PC first or was it because the Xbox port of Dark Messiah was ?

Overshadowed by "Dota" seems more likely. Most people who play WAR3 don't play the game itself but various modded maps which retain very little to no resemblance to the original gameplay of WAR3.

Urban Assault one of my favorite RTS games. Unfortunately no pic, I don't know how.

God, Contact for DS was one of my favorite DS games when it came out. I was mad pissed when I found it of it's sub-par scores.

Brave Story for PSP, of what I saw/played a little, seemed like a really nice game. I also liked MGS:PO a lot, and found the Tenchu game for Wii to be very nice. PS3-wise, I can't really think of anything. I liked Prototype if that warrants anything.

This gen I've always been a big supporter of Too Human, great action rpg with too many control quirks and too much hype to appeal to most people...

enter the matrix and the path of neo. i thought the games were really fun but i hear alot of people ripping on them. i'll concede the controls werent perfect but they worked well enough.

Armored Core series, ijust can't get enough ofthem. (sorry no pic :( )

SOCOM: Confrontation had poor release ratings but after the patches turned out to be one of my favorite online shooters this gen. I love the SOCOM series and this tactical experience has been enjoyable to say the least
