Probably barely because the PS4 has medium-high end hardware. The hardware will below medium-high end by the end of this year most likely.

No it will run the engine just fine after developers scale it down and optimize. PS4 games will still run and look great.

Mark Rein went back on what he said about Unreal Engine 4 not being supported on the Wii U.

Mario, Zelda and many other Nintendo IPs will sell on the Wii U, regardless if they support those engines or not.

That said, I doubt third parties will show interest on the Wii U after this.

Why are some Sheep acting like they having a high powered rig already capable of running Unreal 4 at Ultra Spec and judging PS4 graphical performance like they have a clue :?

If you care about performance and engines and such, then you should know the Wii:U is not capable of it or nowhere to that kind of gaming experience, so why succumb so low to play something at low resolution and spec...

Yes, but think of it this way - in the next few years i imagine 90% of all EA games will use frostbite. All epic games will obviously use Unreal, and I can imagine all devs that used Unreal 3 this gen will continue to use Unreal next gen, since it is a waste of resources to learn a whole new dev tools.

The final nail in the coffin would be if Crytek said Cry engine 3 won't run on Wii U: Cry Engine, Unreal, and Frostbite are currently THE most used engines out there, if none of them are on Wii U - there will be almost NO multi platfiorms on Wii U...

This then has a dire effect on sales, and Wii U goes a long way down.

I think a dev is porting cry engine 3 to the console the last time I heard.
