Until Dawn is...

Watched on YouTube, then watched a few deaths and how they occurred. Don't feel I missed too much by not playing. The butterfly effect isn't massive and saving people at the end really doesn't change the story at all, all main events still happen. Otherwise this game seems to punch above it's belt and I love me some bad horror, the first 3 hours were great before the twist 2/3s into the game. If I owned a PS4 I would get it on sale, and do recommend anyone interested in B-horror movies to check it out at least on YouTube.

Love this game. Totally worth full price. Replay value seems VERY high. I finished it in about 9 hours with 4 people dying. Going to start my second playthrough. I can see myself playing through this about 3 to 4 times. So a 30-40 hour game.

I would have scored this a 8.5.

It feels like a movie.

I was totally not feeling this game before but after watching game play It's grown on me a bit more. I appreciate the resident evil like camera angles they throw at you, there's alot more game play here than I originally thought as well.

Bought it for the woman (cause she loves anything horror related) and I walked into it with very little expectations. I was pleasantly surprised. It was actually good.

Have to do another play through, just beat it and lost almost half of my group FML -.-

I liked it. But it's not great. The first half is highly interesting, but the second half is kind of a slog. It becomes a monster movie... sigh. Also, I wish the characters "traits" and relationship levels were better developed. They don't really do anything beyond Mike/Jess and Chris/Ashley. I saved 7/8 people my first time, would have had all 8 but I elected to shoot Ashley, which kills Chris later. I enjoyed the game, but it felt a bit undercooked.

ah dayum. I had everyone alive until the very very last part of the game, where I was playing as Sam and had to remain completely still multiple times to distract the windigos to get people out.... I was on the last one and was just shaking ever so slightly too much :( Sam died but everyone else lived

That part got me too I lost Mike and Sam during that, lost Jess when her and Mike got attacked

Did you Shoot Emily when she was bitten? you'll get a trophy for it lol.

Sam can only die during the last chapter. just don't move the controller.

As for saving Jessica. just make sure Mike uses the most riskiest options to get to her before she dies.

I managed to save everyone on the first playthrough, it required repeating a few chapters but sam was indeed the trickiest to do. in the last chapter you have to basically freeze in place with the controller in your hands to save her.

My next playthrough I'm gonna kill Emily, holy crap was she a ****, Emily, Matt, Chris and Ashley are the ones who survived my 1st playthrough

Not sure it's a con but the way how the story went from standard slasher to supernatural i dont how i feel about it. Dont get me wrong the game is fun. ive played it twice so far.

Yeah, not worth $60 to me either, but I won't mind spending $20-$25 on it. That's what I paid for Beyond 2 Souls and Heavy Rain and felt I definitely got my moneys worth.

Awesome game. If you got the money and are not a cheap ass I would suggest purchase the game. I would like to see more of these created. I am on the last chapter and will play through a few more times.

I very much doubt that its better than Alien Isolation
