GT:HD looked better than Gears and it came out in December. That not good enough?. Formula 1 Championship Edition & Virtua Fighter 5. If that's not good enough for you, I know UT3 is.

the ps3 had better start doing better. i just got the westinghouse lvm 37w3 1080p hdtv and i gotta tell you, my 360 looks much better at 1080p than my ps3. but both are equal at 720p. intresting isnt it.

While I find it interesting that any question involving anything related in any way to the PS3 and the 360 ends up being a Blu-Ray/ HDMI/ RAM/ 1080p/OMG PONIES! answer, the original question is will people be more happy with motion control over online and what the affect this has on sales of one specific game for each system.

Online. I can't imagine how the motion controls would work well with the sixaxis, if it was the Wii controller it might actually feel good to play.

What's with the laughing smiley faces, trying to laugh off the ownage I'm serving you? You just need to realize Gears of War was a good game in 2006. It will be beaten graphically by both the PS3 and Xbox 360, but especially by the PS3. Deal with it.

You just need to realize Gears of War was a good game in 2006. It will be beaten graphically by both the PS3 and Xbox 360, but especially by the PS3. Deal with it.KeyWii

You just need to realize that Gears is the graphical standard and the PS3 has no great, AAA games.

Most of what you guys are saying could be stated as opinion anyway. Whether or not Gears of War is beaten in terms of graphics this year is yet to be determined. Seeing as none of the games that are shown here are actually out, there really is no fair judge.

I don't play tennis, but I enjoy playing tennis video games. I might pick up the 360 version for this one. So much for Sony's "free online". More like "free nothing!" lol.

PS3's ram is faster than Xbox 360's. PS3 has HDMI. PS3 has Cell processor. PS3 has Blu-Ray. No way is the 360 hardware better for games, thats a bold faced lie.

I never said that. I said PS3's hardware is clearly better, and anyone saying the Xbox 360 is better for games is just lying. Even Bill Gates knows it, thats why he uses the excuse, "Well, we'll always be 1 year ahead of them in development time"

First of all, how is "well always be 1 year ahead of them an excuse"....isn't it true? And if anything, I hear ps3 fanboys using that line more. Reason why all early multiplatform games on the ps3 were reviewed lower than the 360? "because they are 1 year ahead in development time!!!!"

Second, maybe ps3's hardware looks great on paper, but was has that gotten Sony so far? The fact that a console that costs $200 less than it's competitor and is still competing in graphics (in many cases, winning) is a clear cut sign that the 360 was better masde.

I really wish the ps3 version had online, virtua tennis sucks anyways. And this is from someone who loves tennis. (Much, much rather play actual tennis than virtua tennis)

Can someone please explain to me why the PS3 version has no online support ? I do have both PS3 and 360 but really puzzles me the fact that developers didn't implement online for PS3 leaving PS3 owners in the dirt ....

WOW more lies. Last time I checked, you needed hdmi to get full 1080p, which 360 lacks

You don't need hdmi to get 1080p. You can do 1080p through component and VGA. The problem is that most TV's do not support 1080p through component. As of right now, the only way to get 1080p out of your 360 is to find a tv that supports 1080p through component, or one that has a pc port and buy the vga adapter

Motion control on a Wii-mote is doable. I'm not sure how the six-axis is supposed to work for a tennis game. Anyways I hope this is as good as 2k2 was on the DC. Online all the way.
