Letting other people think for you?im going to have to wait on reviews for 90% of those games..

I like the Vita, but it just seems like I could get the same games on PS3 (Uncharted, Killzone, Resistance) and better, wheareas 3DS games are an actual different experience than their console counterparts
Man I hope it won't just be a port of the console version but will add a lot of new features and some new characters and stuff. A brand new MK would be even better but I'm not holding my breath for that one though. No PR yet, but might as well mention here that Mortal Kombat Vita was also announced today.

Exactly. I want something different with my portables. My console can take care of these sorts of games.
Also, how many of those is Sony actual developing? They're great at buying other peoples games, though. ;)

With the 3DS, the user is getting a unique experience with their games, like Mario Kart (which the last one just rocked on DS) and other innovative and creative games the consoles wouldn't dare do. PS Vita's big selling point seems to be a console experience on the go, and to be honest, I don't really take my portables everywhere I go

They can offer both types of games and make everyone happy. I like seeing home console games on portables as they are all I play anymore[QUOTE="KBFloYd"]Letting other people think for you?im going to have to wait on reviews for 90% of those games..

:lol: He mentions three games and you guys try to jump all over it and ignore all the other games that aren't simple console ports (spin-offs) and are innovative and different. Amusing.[QUOTE="glimpus"]

Mario Kart isn't unique or innovative:? and I can't think of any unique 3DS games so far.[QUOTE="OB-47"]

Try it and tell me it isn't cool how the depth perception actually helps gameplay, and how it isn't a significant innovation on platforming. Essentially taking the ideas of 2D platforming and flushing them into 3D very well.Mario Kart isn't unique or innovative:? and I can't think of any unique 3DS games so far. Mario 3D Land. Mario 3D Land is a unique game..??:?
It looks and play like Mario Galaxy1&2 and Mario 64.

If you played it you'd know it doesn't play like those games. It's more of a hybrid between that, and the more linear, platform based 2D Mario games of the past. And it's done rather well. Easily the best Mario game I've played since Mario 64, though keep in mind I lack a wii and have never played the Galaxy games, but I've seen them and this game isn't like them.
Worst lineup ever. Not even one FPS, are they serious? Do they really expect this thing to sell without the best selling genre in gaming? Sony dropped the ball yet again.

Also, this is an old PS Vita mock-up I made for fun,
The buttons look like Jolly Ranchers. =D
No Persona 4 = no buy.Eponique
The developers for P4tG had already being in the starting phases so, it should see a 2012 release. From their, I do not know.
The PS Vita is region free and the game should be import friendly.

If you mean that the cover art will be different than, there is a chance SCEA may change it.
That usually happens, I suppose.

In a way I hope it doesn't come out too early in case there's an inevitable Vita price drop. :oIf ur trying to make the line up look good... why would you put stuff like Darts, Pool and Reality Fighters in there? Some others are questionable as well... like Little Deviants and Escape Plan? Why are those being used as ammo to show the Vitas strong line up, when there is nothing backing up that they will be anything but average....
now I'm not saying they will necessarily be average or below, if this is just meant as a full list of games launching on the system, then I apologize for my little rant... but if not, then change the title to remove the word "best" and "ever"

It's set for Spring in Japan, so probably a Fall release in the US (if not earlier).
Atlus usually are good on getting their joints translated. Pardon the slang, it was not referring to drugs.

Essentially taking the ideas of 2D platforming and flushing them into 3D very well.Bull. Absolute bull. Mario 3D Land as an example of an amazing 3DS game? Absolutely. I love the game to death. But that 3D helps the gameplay thing is a load of crap. It does the opposite. It hurts the gameplay. Play with the 3D off. It makes the gameplay much smoother and less frustrating. And as for it being an innovation on platforming, massive lol! So it takes the basic gameplay of 2D Mario and puts it on the 3D plane. That's innovative? No, it really isn't. It's what I expected Mario 64 to be. This route of 3D Mario is the route I expected 3D Mario to be from the start. And as for the platforming itself, it doesn't really do much that Galaxy didn't already do. Mario 3D Land is a brilliant game, but don't try and pretend it's innovative.[QUOTE="spookykid143"]
