Tekken coming to 360 is a FOUR MONTH OLD RUMOUR.  I'll believe it when the company anounces it.  As far as I can tell, there are about three rumours a day, and all of them arecomplete fabrications.

Yeah not that i'd mind if it did come out on 360, but i just dont see it, Tekken has always been associated with Sony platforms.

Also with xbox fans they are all talking about Splinter Cell 5 being their savior for MGS4. Which is complete BS the game won't be near MGS4. A really good example of this comes from last gen when MGS2 was released around Nov of 2001 while the original splinter cell game was released Nov of 2002. I would be willing to bet that if you had someone play these two games right now that has never played videogames before and make comparisons between the two games, I would be willing to bet that the person would say that MGS2 is the much more advanced game by a few years when compared to splinter cell yet splinter cell was released a whole year later after MGS2 was but it sure doesn't seem like it.

Needless to say Splinter Cell 5 will still be a good game but it won't be an MGS4 by any stretch of the imagination.

What? I've played through all the MGS games and as far as I can remember Snake could move diagonally in all of them.

What? I've played through all the MGS games and as far as I can remember Snake could move diagonally in all of them.

Agreed, I scooped up a GC when bundles were for $150 and enjoyed Metroid Prime and other titles I missed out at launch only to run into a third party mass exodus with a few first party tidbits and eventually ......silence

colonel crustard is weak sauce, even if tekken came to 360 why would i wanna play it on there over ps3 ? 360 gamepad is so bad for fighters its sad, and then tekken is built strictly on ps3 chips and architecture, the arcade games (which comes out first as always) use the ps3 chips and architecture.Mandingo101

It then will probably have a price drop in the second year, more games will hit, graphics improving further, online improving further etc. Consoles last 5-6 years not 9 months. Don't be so quick to write everything off, it may come back to bite you in the ass. Go look at the PS2s first year or the 360s first year and remember how long it takes for a console to hit its stride.

Time out time out..... did he just say that Splinter Cell 1 was not more technically advanced than MGS2...? My god thats a laugher.... Splinter Cell, even today ranks as one of the most beautiful and advanced game of last gen... the only thing UbiSoft botches is the storyline... not that MGS is any better...(alludes to having to shoot a vampire on an oceanic pod fortress?) just wierd...

 No they're not going to run away. No way the competition is too strong. To suggest that they're dead after only 7 months is just as stupid though. Luckily for Sony MS hasn't pulled far enough in front to have completely killed the PS3. if you add up the amount of people that have bough a next gen console (360 and PS3) its like what 13 million. There's still 100 million that haven't decided, and really it could go either way.

exactly. in my case, i like some of the exclusives it has. but i guess, like in the last gen,  i played KOTOR, KOTOR 2, Halo, Fable, etc, and now i'll play Halo 2 without even owning an Xbox. why in hell would i buy a system i can play the games without having it? i'll play my PS3 games until the 360's gets into the pc market.
