Time for cows to blame 1up. This is one of their magazines actually, so it would be easy for blaming them. But obviously this game will score low. It is bf2 with co-op but no bots.
that's a bummer. the game looks pretty fun. i cant make out what it says in the article (image), but i'm hoping that the points taken off are for graphics and not gameplay. Warhawk looks like it has potential for some kick *** multiplayer gaming.

Meh I'm still getting it. I'd rather play with people than bots anyday, so that's not a big issue for me.... and complaining about the price? Please.... I paid $60 for Resistance and I only play that online now anyway, I don't see what the big deal is.
I was hoping to see big Star Wars like dogfighting surrounded by two fleets of airships going at it. I wonder if there's going to be another Crimson Skies game?
Yeah, I just read that on N4G myself. I was never interested in this title, as it has no single player, which is the primary reason I play games in the first place, lol. I do think it looks like alot of fun though. For a 40.00 game with no single player, that score is actually understandable, if you ask me.

LittleBigPlanet is hyped AAA. I predict 8.5. It's cute, but the platform mechanics cannot compare to Ratchet & Clank Future or Super Mario Galaxy.
Yea, it can't because of infinite replay value, 4 player co-op, create your own enemies, amazing graphics, and create your own world. It hardlycompares to Ratchet and Clank in HD, and Super Mario 64 in space :(. I predict this game will be the best game of the generation, this or bioshock. The only game that could possibly get a 10.

It's a pretty good indicator of how overhyped a game is when a publication such as PSM gives it a 6.5. :P

It's amazing how many Cows are hyping LittleBigPlanet perfect 10. It's a side scrolling platform game with extras, it will be lucky if it scores 9.0. :)
Is it just me or does anyone else think this looks fake. Why is it that it is a montly magazine and it already has its October issue ready when we are in late August?

Yet when reviews on Warhawk com out ranging from 10-6 you assume that it will get 6/10, even if the scan looks a little suspicious.
hmmm....i've all ways trusted PSM over other magazines when it comes to playstation games and consoles. And I agree, 40 dollars for whats basically a multiplayer only game with no endings, or storyline really whatsoever? and no bots? if it had been 20 dollars then id like the game...but all it is in the end is a storyless, endless multiplayer remake of an original ps1 game that costs 40 bux.
If I was sony id be pretty pissed at the playstation mags lately, giving heavenly sword an 8 and now warhawk a 6.5, they have been the most harsh reviews of them all and there sony mags!!

$40 for a glorified XBLA game. I still can't believe Warhawk was so hyped. Didn't cows see what happened to Shadowrun? That game got reamed in reviews because it was multiplayer only and $60, and Shadowrun wasn't a remake of an old game, unlike Warhawk.

shadowrun was a remake of an old game, or destroyed a old game. Shadowrun was one of the greatest rpg's ever made.

I am baffled by that, too. Why would Sony charge $40 for the download, when you could spend $20 more for the box and get extra content and a bluetooth headset????? Weird.
Also...Is this ownage for the 20GB owners? I dont know how big Warhawk is, but it could be a big chunk of HDD real estate if they want to download it.

shadowrun was a remake of an old game, or destroyed a old game. Shadowrun was one of the greatest rpg's ever made.
Warhawk was a good single player game that got turned into a multiplayer only game. :(
