So.....
Is State of Decay worthy of my attention?
I barely even get what kind of game it is, but it certainly does'nt seem to have production value ;)
So.....It's a singleplayer game that revolves around you and your group of survivors trying to survive in a zombie apocalypse. You have main missions, but I hardly tackle them because it's just addicting to keep everyone alive and happy. Lack of production value? Sure. Interesting mechanics that blend well with the gameplay? Most definitely. Is State of Decay worthy of my attention?

That sort of sounds interesting..... So there are sort of SIM/RPG elements?
That sort of sounds interesting..... So there are sort of SIM/RPG elements?MlauTheDaftDefinitely. Characters of your group can be leveled and upgraded. Stamina, wits, fighting, etc. They can be leveled. Level those and you get bonuses. For example, you get to a certain level with fighting and you get to choose whether your speciality is edged, blunt or heavy weapons. You can also unlock certain finisher moves. As far as base managing goes. You have your base, which, when you're further into the game, you can abandon to set up shop somewhere else. You can put down an infirmary to heal your characters or make medpacks(all have to be upgraded using resources that have to be scavenged), or a garden so you have a steady supply of food. There's a lot more. It's just a bit much to explain in one post.

That sounds great!
I've been completely disregarding this game, but I suppose my scepticism was malplaced :?
Oh well.... In that case, news of a PC release are fantastic.
So THATS why they changed the name! Scam over a few console gamers with something they have never heard of. They will think its exclusive and lap it up because its "Free2Play". :D
Â
Well then, with the way console gamers like to be taken advantage of ...they should make a killing.
ouch, cows just keep taking hits. xbox is the place to go for the ultimate zombie/post apocalyptic games. mems_1224They want you to hype this. They want you to oh so dearly hype this game.

Rofl, stahp just stahp... someone might actually believe it's good.
Funny thing I thought everyone hated this game but when you log in and see hundreds of servers(atleast 500) with a good portion having 50-100players each. And most cost $50 a month and this is just US section.Â
Â
For $10 bucks or free it has come a long way since the alpha release. I know some still think its barely alpha lol. Can only assume they have some big plans coming up. I know the California map suppose to release some time soon. \
Â
I jump on some times to scratch my zombie itch. Most of us are waiting till Day Z standalone release.Â
Is this a joke? Seriously, do Sony or Microsoft even have people PLAY and TEST games before they allow this crap on their marketplaces?
I mean, first that Motorbike game hits PSN and now this garbage comes to XBLA? Yuck.
Nothing's official yet. All there is so far is Hammerpoint's (deleted) word, which is worth absolutely nothing. Is this a joke? Seriously, do Sony or Microsoft even have people PLAY and TEST games before they allow this crap on their marketplaces?

Someone hacked into infestation's twitter account and they wrote that. That post was deleted when the account holder of infestation retook that account.super600Or someone with authorized access mistakenly posted something ahead of time and now to protect their interests they're pretending it was the work of a vandal who hacked their Twitter.
