is this true, that we dont  know the CPU and GPU performance on the PS4?

base on this article (btw the title of the article is very misleading) Sony never reaveal those specs

Wow, this upclocking stuff from MS is having more of an effect on the clueless than I would have guessed. I've seen several people here today asking what it all means, how the upclock changes things, what speeds are PS4's chips clocked at, etc. It barely means anything! Xbox One, spec-wise, is still behind PS4. In fact, nothing has changed. It's still the same silicon it was before. If you drive your Ford Escort at 45 mph or 55 mph it's still a Ford Escort! As far as we know right now Xbox One is exactly what it was yesterday or even last month, still a Ford Escort, they've just decided to drive it 10 mph faster. Don't make more of it than what it is.

From what I've heard, the PS4's CPU is either 1.6GHz or 2.0GHz.

So the XBO either has a more slightly more powerful processor or a slightly weaker one.

IF it is slightly stronger, then we'll see if it will truly compensate for the PS4's definitively superior GPU.

I don't even know what you mean by that. The reality is that it's still the same crappy hardware that we knew about last month, or even 6 months ago. They just changed the firmware to tell it "Go faster!" Big deal. And I am absolutely not a cow. I prefer Xbox and want to pick Xbox again (They just aren't letting me). But I'm not blind! The tech is behind PS4 and this smoke and mirrors stunt does nothing to change that. I'm actually pissed at them for not making a TRUE upgrade to the hardware. How in the hell did they get outdone by a broke company like this? Makes no sense to me.
