Any of the Siren games. The stories in those games are the definition of wierd. I mean, half way through Siren 1 and Blood Curse your enemies slowly start turning into insects, which is a big WTF. Just take a look at this:

That ending cutscene makes me lol every time :P. The final boss is pretty psychedelic too.

you play as boy and you strech, you contoll his front half with the left analog stick and his back side with the right analog stick. to strech you move both sticks away from each other. when you strech a flying creature called 'Girl' streches, the total lengh of every one who played the game gets added up so girl can strech to new planets. + you can fly and eat things

oh man, killer 7 had some of the biggest WTF dialouge in history
Ph man, i don't think ive even been so confused apart from when i first saw "A Scanner Darkly" but both have gone on to earn pride of place on my shelf (P.K.D. was probably the best sci-fi writer to ever live)
