well my friend bought a wii...

and we played SSBB. it was actually entertaining at first, but then it just got boring and repetitive, so we tried The conduit, which he played, and got bored of that, so he just decided to trade his wii in for a ps3 or a 360. that was the first time i played a wii, and let me tell ya, its not that impressive. definately not worth 200 bucks

Just because you played two games and didn't like them that makes the system bad?

The only thing i play on my wii is brawl, but i play it every weekend. Its really not fair to judge a console based on two games.

I never cared for brawl (boring unless you have people to play with) and the conduit wasn't remotely interesting. Try games like Super Mario Galaxy, Twilight princess, Mario Kart, Metroid prime trilogy, Punch Out!!, etc.

If you already played if for yourself, and you didn't like it, then why get one? Why even ask? This story is obviously made up.

I just bought a PS3. I got Demon's souls and MGS4, they are both pretty good but Demon's souls is too hard and MGS4's cutscens are too long. Waste of $300 imo.

this sounds about right the only great wii exclusive is smg and zelda tp is great as well but its not exclusive its also on GC! i also have brawl but it does not compete to the likes of tekken 6, blazeblu, sf4, or even tekken 5 dr

IMO the only games worth getting for it are LOZ TP and Super Mario Galaxy.To me, almost everything else is either shovelware or not something that i am interested in (with the exception of Epic Mickey). I just couldn't justify spending that much money on something that i know i would use very little.

And must have been disappointing to buy it then return it so soon.

Ouch. Your friend is going tohate youwhen Capcom vs Tatsunoko comes out. Man, that was a bad mistake. And I like the Conduit but it's definitely NOT one of the top Wii games, I don't know where you got that opinion from. I believe your story but you really needed to try some better games than the ones you chose.
