Well time for me to get a next gen console

What i need is someone to list all the good xbox exclusives.

I am swaying towards a ps4 right now because of project Morpheus and uncharted and infamous. I must say, i love the exclusives 2016 lineup as of right now, and cod DLC deal honestly almost sealed it.

Then i saw the new xbox UI. It literally fixed everything i didn't like about the ps4 and i was about to get it. Just one problem. The exclusives. I already have a gaming PC for multi-platforms so all that matters to me are exclusives. I am not that informed about xbox exclusives, all i know is that i don't care much for forza, but halo 5 and Quantum break look amazing. Those are pretty much the only ones i know. Any replies would be appreciated!

There's tons of good stuff on Xbox. I will basically list all the major games you won'tget if you get a PS4 (since I imagine that is what will sway your choice):

dont count on Quantum break, it's most like gonna be a repeat of what Remedy did with Alan Wake. Years of hype for a 5-6hr long single player ending with a cliffhanger, DLC gave no answers. Comes next ten and they decide to scrap it all for another whole new single player game Caucasian male lead

^^^^ This. This is the list you want. The only mistake I see is Tomb Raider. ROtTR will be on the PS4 in about a year. Also keep in mind that a few of these games, such as Ori and Fable, are on Windows as well. Good luck with your purchase! I'm all in on Xbox, but if you don't like Forza, that's a big blow against the platform. Speaking of Forza, have you played both types or just Motorsport? Forza Horizon 2 has a completely different feel from Forza Motorsport and is my favorite racer ever, edging out Gran Turismo 3, NFS Hot Pursuit, and Mario Kart Wii.

I'm in the same boat... Got a gaming PC so console would be purely for exclusives. I'm also not paying more than $300 for a console that won't get used all that often. So far neither console has enough exclusives I want to play. There would have to be at least 5 I want to play that I can't play on PC. Already got a Wii U, less than $300 and plenty of decent exclusives. Plus my wife and daughter like the games it has to offer more than other consoles as well. It's starting to look like I won't be getting an xbox or ps4 until this gen is over.

If you have a gaming PC then wait for the end of this gen , where all the exclusives are available.

@TheEroica: That's what I did. Used ps3 and PC heavily last gen, now I use my xone 90% of the time. though I have a ps4, wiiu, xone, and pc. It's fresh and brand new to me.

charizard I loved that list. Until someone crossed out all the ones I liked as available on PC. I wasn't that swayed though and was like, ok cool still some left. Then that guy posted the ps4 exclusives and my head is now right back where I started. Are there any standout features on Xbox and ps4?

honestly, if this whole time you've been leaning towards a PS4, just go with the PS4.

But the UI is just too ugly. I would switch to xbox but i cant leave uncharted and infamous, and all these great games. I dont like any of the xbox exclusives other than halo and quantum break either. I love tomb raider but its timed. What should i do.... I really want a ps4, but i don't think i can take turning on my system to see something like that. Anyone have any info on UI changes? If not, any good, non-fps exclusives for xbox. i also acknowledge it being backed by one of the largest company's in the world as a pro.

Get a PS4 dude. The 2016 lineup for PS4 is absolutely stellar and blows Xbone out of the water.

You already have a gaming PC anyway so unless you're a super fan of Halo, Gears, and Forza there's no reason to own one. PS4 has the widest range of exclusives of any of the consoles right now that perfectly compliments PC gaming as this already provided list shows....

Ugh, I love the games, but i don't know if i cant get on and see that incredibly ugly UI every time i log in. I mean its a list of squares e.e

So, User interface > games when choosing a console? Lol okay then.

Get which ever one lets you use the Xbox One Elite Controller. I thought I had a strong controller preference before. That thing is amazing. I may never use the OG XB1 controller again.

So the answer is, buy a PS4, a Xbox One Elite controller and the CronusMAX PLUS to use the controller on the console. Does it work well? I have no idea but I'm looking into it myself. I want to play COD and Battlefront on PS4 and PC with the Elite controller.

Can't believe you're thinking about not getting PS4 because of its UI. Stop being fucking ridiculous and get the system with the most games you're interested in.

It's not just the UI, but that's the biggest reason. I shit you not when I say looking at that thing makes me sadder every time I look at it. And the fact that buying an Xbox means being backed by a company that's one of the biggest in the world helps too. I am a little sceptic about sonys resources considering their gaming section is the only one not flopping right now.

You're acting like Sony is on the brink of bankruptcy. Look at Sony's stock for the last couple of years...it more than doubled. It's still a big international company with a ton of money.

And I would say PS is getting more backup from Sony than Xbox with MS. PS has more first-party support and the PS consoles always have been supported for a long time, unlike Xbox consoles.

Also the UI of PS4 is customizable to a certain degree.

It'll be a challenge to recommend the XO if you own a gaming PC. It's already a challenge if you didn't have one. (since most MS 1st party exclusives usually go to PC)

I think your better off getting a Wii U and a 3DS with over the top high quality of Nintendo games exclusive and well worth your money and time. Since you have a PC, Wii U and 3DS is all you really need unless you want to play games like Halo/Gears of War, ect. go for it but for now, you're not missing much from Xbox One/PS4. PC/Wii U/3DS is a good combo.

Wait and see what the new Nintendo console will be like.

Very underwhelming list with the first 4 in bold being on PC and RotTR confirmed for both PC and PS4.SO what exactly does that leave notable for the X1? Just more Halo,Forza and Gears.

time for me to buy a PS4 too but for the past couple of years all I've been wanting to play it's old games.
