True. Just knock on the top of the XBone. Sounds completely hollow and feels super cheap. Wouldn't want to drop it from more than a few inches. PS4 feels more sturdy. Not that much but noticeable.

I noticed this too. In fact, I was shocked at how shitty the packaging for the PS4 was. Felt like I was unrwapping a no brand DVD player from 2006.

The white is disgusting.

I have the white Xbone and I much prefer the look and build to that of my PS4. Not that the PS4 is bad, it's just my preference.

I got to agree. And the white x1 looks good. But look at it this way, The x360 had the worst looks and build quality last gen, but that didn't stop people from buying it. The majority just doesn't care for looks. I really liked the looks of the fat ps3 compared to the slim version, but I still had no problems getting the slim when lightning killed my fat ps3. The hardware inside and games is actually what counts.

My only problem with white consoles the fact that they get dirty so damn easily then any other bright color consoles I had.

The overheating is annoying, at least a larger case would be nice.

Best built? Its a lazy build if anything. Sony managed to make the PS4 smaller while also having an internal PSU.

The White XB1 definitely looks better than the standard black model, but the thing is still way too huge and you can't even stand the thing vertically. The XB1 desperately needs a slim model.

I own a White PS4 and its a thing of beauty.

Scuff charges over 250 for a similar one. 150 for the elite is a bargain. It's a premium product. It would be like saying 100k for a BMW shouldn't be praised because i can buy a kia for 10k

Its all Made in China trash build quality... But the skins available are certainly better looking than the black fugly ps4.

The white looks sleek but the Xbox still looks clunky and too big.

The best built? are you kidding? the xbone is an engineering abomination. half the console is a vent, the thing is huge and comes with a huge power brick. it looks like they design it in a day.

Nah, x360 looked nice. The worst of them was PS3 SuperSlim that looked like a damn famiclone.

Engineering abomination? That's called over-engineering, they didn't want a repeat of the Xbox 360 heat issues and RRoD so they OVER-engineered the console to be power efficient, quiet and cool...

It is the best built, it's stronger and has higher quality materials.

i own both consoles in white and the PS4 looks much better. the XB1 has to much gloss.

The lunar white looks cool, I guess. I don't think any consoles this gen are all that neat in appearance, though.

@ConanTheStoner: if it makes you feel any better I only finish about 2 games a year. I have video game ADD. Right now I'm playing Halo 5, Total War Atilla, Galak-Z and Castlevania DS. Next week you can add tomb raider and fallout

Yeah, now that's something I can relate to man. I have to really be into a game to see it all the way through these days. If I'm not counting replays of old games, I've only beaten 4 games this year.

Of the ones I started, I only plan on finishing Hotline Miami 2, Axiom Verge, Undertale, Pillars, Bloodborne, and maybe Dark Souls 2... If I'm being honest here, I'll probably only finish Bloodborne and Undertale.

I appreciate them selling a high end controller. BC next week the Xbone is a good console and that white looks crisp and clean

There is no Master Chief edition, the theme of the console is based on Locke's armor, there is a Master Chief controller though.

I picked it up as well, it's a very pretty console, well constructed and visually designed.

When I saw the Chief controller, guess it just suggested a matching console. But in any case that Locke model is by far the best designed custom console I've ever seen. And the matching controller is just plain sick! Though I'm quite happy with my Lunar White.

Just the regular Halo 5 console with Locke controller. I'll snag the MC one later so I have a matching set, just got the Elite one.

That white X1 looks nice, indeed! But comparing a $150 vs $60 controller is poor critical thinking.
