What are the chances last of us/bioshock infinite/gta V doesn't win goty?

Seeing how it is truly a three legged race, there isn't much competition besides these three games. Am I right?

TLOU will win GOTY.

I don't see anything special about TLoU to be honest. GTA V looks amazing and Bioshock Infinite is amazing.

Probably GTA V will win goty.

Currently, Bioshock Infinite probably has the best shot, but anything can change. One wonders if The Last of Us and GTAV will receive the same amount of acclaim.

It's just a guess. From what I heard The Last of US won't be as good as UC2 and 3.

Beyond Two Souls should win but infinite or gta5 probably will . Infinite is so overrated yes its a good story and decemt gameplay but its generic imo there are probably 20 games that released last yr that were just as good or betterXalonR

I been looking at previews and impressions of the game.

Watch Dogs and Destiny (if it comes out this year) have a chance.

I can tell you this years GOTY will be Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

There is a good chance they won't win game of the year. Journey came out of nowhere last year as did X-com. Lest we forget Walking Dead. The major sites and media in general have grown immune to the hype. Sure, hype will still sell a game but it doesn't lock in awards like it used to. Plus indie developers are becoming less and less obscure. Don't be surprised if your Micheal Bay mega super turbo hype spawn gets shunned when GOTY awards are handed out. 

Ni No Kuni could very well steal it.

GTA V will probably win GOTY, TLOU is another strong competitor by the looks of it.

Whos Impressions? I saw Adam Sesslers and Greg Millers Impressions and many others from PAX east, they all had nothing but positive things to say about the game. no complaints.

I have to wonder what goes through someones head as they're talking, or typing, about how an unreleased game with not so much as a demo available for play, is going to win Game of the Year.

First off we are only 4 months into the yr with a high chance of next gen games making a release before the end of the yr and secondly did anyone here play Tomb Raider for PC???? It currently has my vote.

50% is my estimate. Based on beer and giggles.

My money is on GTAV though...because Rockstar.

GTAV is from Rockstar, so i'm not expecting any less than another masterpiece.

Naughty Dog are incredible devs, so Last of Us clearly has a chance. Since it's the first game of a franchise, it still have to prove itself. Let's wait.

Bioshock Infinite is my GOTY, so far. It's also one of my favourite games from the last few years (something i wasn't expecting to happen this late in the gen).

GTA5 likely has it in the bag unless hmm, a new Banjo, Conker or Kameo 2 launches with the next X. :o :P

I'm going to like TLOU a lot. GTA V I hope I like alot. Bioshock Infinite is gonna take GOTY though, it's just too good. Bioshock Infinite does one thing worse than the original, and everything else better. That one thing is the world, the original's world was almost a character in itself, and the story wrapped itself around the world. The new floating city has nothing to do with anything, other than being AWESOME.

Bioshock Infinite is on lock for GOTY at GT, IGN or GS. Possibly from multiple sites.

I saw a ton of bioshock and last of us commercials last weekend. It amazes me that companies are still tricking you mainstream consolites into buying games without showing any actual gameplay. Ohh the cutscenes.DaBrainz

Tricking? Bioshock Infinite's gameplay is superb.

April 1st is a little early to be looking at a GOTY. Lots of games we haven't played yet.

I am going to say that those games may get a few awards.. and that B:I has the best shot. However, I am going with none of the above, it will be something else. There are still a TON of games that have not even been revealed yet that will release this year. we still have two thirds of the year left..... (8 months for those that... yeah). Plus, Journey and other titles have proved you can not count out indies and look how many of those are in the works...
