we are almost Half way of 2020 and we got some masterpieces too. more to come. so what are your top 3 games of 2020 so far?

heres mine

1. Doom Eternal
2. Black Mesa
3. Desperados 3

Doom Eternal is one of the best FPS i have ever played while Black Mesa is best remake of all time (well up until Mafia remake if it turn out good). Desperados 3 is big surprise as its true successor of commandos. basically commandos in west. incredible game.

all 3 games for me already made 2020 great. more to come to come.

As of now I would probably say:

- Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition

- Animal Crossing: New Horizons

I really haven’t gotten around to playing many games that were released this year yet.

Doom Eternal might be only thing I feel worth mentioning, or comes to mind for that matter. Played plenty of good stuff on my backlist though.

XCOM Chimera Squad is the only 2020 game I liked so far.

Just finished TLO2, without a doubt that one. Absolute masterpiece. I'm still waiting for Cyberpunk to see who's going to win GOTY. But it'll be hard to top it, let's see.

I'm only at the very beginning of TLOU2. There's a decent chance it takes the first spot untill CP2077 comes out, the true almost guaranteed GOTY of 2020.

I'm trying to think if I've played any 2020 games? I can never keep track.

i got animal crossing and havnt opened it :P

horror games aint my thing(resident evil). neither is stealth (last of us)

all i play for the past year has been paladins and overwatch. and splatoon once in a while

Gears tactics, also surprisingly good for an "xcom game with a gears coat of paint."

Honorable mentions to Dreams. Haven't played Nioh 2 yet but I know its amazing judging from previous entry excellent gameplay. So far my GOTY is either FF7R or TLoU Part 2. FF7R for it to capture the nostalgia so good that I am sold on the idea of future sequels. TLoU Part 2 I admittedly not yet finished but I am really enjoying it and it may be my end of the year GOTY.

For me, TLOU2 is beginning to surpass Eternal. How does that make you feel, ghost?
