What are you playing this weekend, SW?

I'm excited to continue my playthroughs of Lost Judgement and Deathloop! I also started playing MGS 2 and Silent Hill 2 on XSX. Will also play some Gamepass for sure. Tons of games to check out on that like The Avengers. Overall, great time to be a gamer! 🙂

There is a Starship Troopers: Terran command demo out later today that my friends and myself are looking forward to playing.

I'll also try and play some Deathloop and try and finish up GoT: Iki Island.

Halo Infinite

Oh shit, forgot about that! Will be playing that too then lol.

It's October as of now, so this week I'll be playing Dead Space (and this will be my final Dead Space play on the original) as I do in every October and still playing Kena so hopefully I'll get that game done by Sunday night. Next week its all out on Metroid: Dread baby!

Edit: Got Melty Blood: Type Lumina on Steam, gonna fire up that game this Sunday as well. So many games for so little time.

Holly hell, I didn't think we would get anything out of Starship Troopers stuff anymore, I love the franchise as it is, (I even enjoy the latest previous movies) I'll give that demo a try. Thanks for mentioning it here.

Been meaning to finish Risen properly for about 3 weeks now.

Enjoy most of the game but the final linear section def is abit of a slog. Might just drop it and go play Samurai Shodown Collection and enjoy the incredibly cheesy AI.

More Skyrim SE. Level 67 and still only half way through the main quest line, with Dark Brotherhood, Civil War and Dragonborn not even started yet. I've just been spending most of that time levelling the slow-levelling skills, namely Light Armor, Restoration, Smithing and Enchanting.

I plan on playing with the outside world this weekend. Gahh golly, I really can't wait, I've been thinking of the outside world all week since I last left playing it last weekend.

^This. Probably shouldn't say this but... say what you want about global warming, this has been a glorious year for weather where I am. Going to enjoy it before studies start on monday (what have I done?! :( )

Diablo II

Cruis'n Blast! Holy hell, this game is so good!

D2 Resurrected... 1st time playing this game full stop and Im not sure what all the D3 haters are going on about. This game is rough around the edges. Still fun progression tho.

Finishing up getting the last couple of achievements in Dragon Quest XI: S Definitive Edition on the Xbox One for that 100% completion. Absolutely a fantastic game. My favourite DQ game and my third favourite game of all time right behind Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross. It was an epic adventure in every sense of the word. 10/10

Would like to play some of the Halo: Infinite multiplayer beta and start playing some Scarlet Nexus this weekend as well. Might hop back into some Monster Hunter Rise on the Switch for a few hunts as well.

Trying to figure out a combat system to develop in Godot. The idea is using xenoblade 1 as a baseline but the player will have some form of control over the three characters in party instead of one. so a bit more control over setting up combos with skills/debuffs and such like.

so far i have 1 thing can damage another thing. so yeah nearly done...hard parts over :P j/k.

Oh yeah would like to give that Final Fantasy Origin: Strangers in Paradise demo a try. Too many games, too little time. 😭

I'll also be playing Cruis'n Blast.

I really want to get D2R, but everything i read about the game is super negative on consoles.

It is my 10 year anniversary today, so my wife will get all my time this weekend, so no gaming for me for the next couple days.

Bought a "new" SAAB so I'll be "playing" mechanic on some odds and ends stuff with it :-P

But in terms of actual games, probably Worms WMD tonight with friends, and some AOE2 and Fallen Order or Nioh over the weeked

Got Castlevania Advance Collection, Eastbound, and Unmetal on the Switch to look forward too.

It’s Halo infinite for the weekend for me. Have also downloaded Avengers and Nexus for later…..and i tend to finish sessions of with a wind down game like sea of thieves, or subnautica.

Gamepass is simply the dogs bollocks.

2 more chapters left in Yakuza Kiwami 2 then I might go back to Assassin's Creed Origins or Tales of Vesperia to finish them up. Really wanna watch this Squid Game, though, so that too.

I’m putting up a basketball rim in my driveway. Gotta dig a 4ft hole, pour a bunch of concrete and then assemble the damn thing. That’s what I’ll spend most of my time doing. Oh, and watching football somewhere in there.

I'm playing through Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, for the third time. I just beat it on Hard, so I'm going through it on Crushing now.

Just fired up first Yakuza game. Figure they won't be on Game Pass forever. Damn, hear it could take like 100 hours. Jeez, even if I fully commit to these it could take a while.

Not much. Keep trying to get into Deathloop, but the glitches are bugging me. The most recent being a weird lighting effect as you move kinda like a halo, where the lighting is different on the outside that it is within.

Half way through Iron Harvest 1920+ so will continue that.

@lamprey263: They go quick, even if you're doing most of the side quests too. I beat 0 and Kiwami in about a week and a half. Kiwami 2 is taking a bit longer. They're pretty formulaic imo. They all have 13 chapters so far and the chapters aren't really too long.

Just won a Civ5 game via Culture Victory. Right when I had my Navy positioned to take on China, was just waiting for my land units to arrive over the seas. Might go back and hit that JUST ONE MORE TURN button. You can still unlock achievements after a victory condition, right?
