What are your latest gaming pickups/purchases?

I recently picked up a physical copy of Final Fatntasy I-VI Collection for PS4! Woot has it on sale for $40. I also put in preorders for Suikoden 1-2 Remastered and Xenoblade Chronicles X (btw, Best Buy preorders come with a free poster)! I’m also tempted to buy a physical copy of Ninja Gaiden 2 from Play Asia. What about you, SW? What are your latest gaming pickups/purchases?

All retro games.

Nothing recently game-wise. Did pick up a set of Sennheiser RS-195 headphones for use with movies/TV and gaming when needed. Tried BT and the audio delay was just annoying as shit, so went with an RF model.

Pre-ordered Civilization 8 on the PS5. Gonna be good.😊

Mass Effect and Ninja Gaiden 2 Black (I salute thee, Game Pass!). In terms of physical copies, I got Call of Duty: WWII on the PS4 (about a month and a half ago). It was brilliant. Best graphics I've ever seen on a PS4 game, lots of intense action and smooth transitions between playing as infantry and driving vehicles. Frankly, I think it's one of the best games of the last generation.

Picked up this Lego set recently. Just gotta find motivation to put it together. All 1215 pieces of it.

Bought octopath traveler 1 & 2 on steam and black myth wukong for my PS5.

Redeemed a tenners worth of MS rewards points Got assassin's creed mirage xbsx on sale last week for £9.99.

I’m building the in-laws a new PC. They wanted something that would be good for gaming when my kids come over. It’s a itx build with a Ryzen 7 9700K, 32GB of RAM, 2 2TB m.2 ssd’s in a case that’s just slightly bigger than a PS5. I haven’t settled on a GPU yet. Since their monitor is just 1080p, it’ll probably be a 4060TI. But I’m still debating a 4070/7700XT/7800XT as well.

Finally picked up a pair of wireless headphones as got really tired of wires endlessly tangling.

Couldn't resist, I got Ninja Gaiden Black II.

& I'm going for 100% as I did with the Sigma Collection.

Playing it alongside Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition.

Same here. Started off with SNES as my first console gaming machine and followed by Sega Genisis. I have zero interest in NES.

Bought Utopia Must Fall because it looked like a fun throwback game that's Missile Command x Tempest x Galaxian. Figuring out the best upgrade path is kind of hard though

Bought Contra: Operation Galuga and Mortal Kombat 1 Khaos Reigns Collection bundle which are both on sale. Also pre-ordered Monster Hunter Wilds Digital Premium Edition.

Heroes of Hammerwatch II. Pretty fun roguelike to play with friends.

Next up will be Monster Hunter Wilds. My body is so ready. Gimme naow!

Have that one too! Used to have that amiibo.. kinda wish I kept it.

Unfortunately with the cost of fuel and groceries I haven’t been able to afford any new gaming purchases since I pre ordered Space Marine 2. My work gets busier in the spring so I should have more disposable income shortly after but for now my bills are taking up most of my money.
