The Manga? That be quite interesting.I'd really like to see battle royal become a game.

It already is a video game series.
Maybe I should have said something to touch my side of the world, without of the need to import or acquired by other means, and then find a english fanmade patch to translate it to english. I like to see a handheld version perhaps. I know it been released on PC and Mobile phones over there. I just like an easier way to play something similiar or something related to the the theme.Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.
Oliver Twist
Tale of Two Cities
Three Musketteers
1984
War of the Worlds
A game taking place in 1984's setting.

I loved 1984, but Im really not sure how that could work at all in a game, Im not going to spoil the plot for anyone, but the plot doesnt seem like it would lend itself to any kinda game at all except maybe if it were made like heavy rain I guess...

we read plenty of books in my high school, unless you went to some anti reading high school or something you had to read at least 5 books a year in order to do good in your english class.
1984's universe, maybe make a shooter set in the constant wars, put have levels where you go back to the city and get to explore.bobbetybobOr perhaps more like Heavy Rain, where you actually play as Winston and you do all his actions with timed button sequences and follow the book's narrative? That would also work very well with the story and atmosphere, me thinks.
The Wheel of Time, which just recently got picked up, woot!
Basinboy
Oh man that would be one epic Game Series.

that actually would be epic, I wonder how theyd take it though, I think itd be cool if they took the whole series and made one gigantic elder scrolls esque game.
Another one: Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson. A really great fantasy world with an awesome magic system. Some of the magic would be difficult to implement, but totally worth it.
To everyone saying Wheel of Time, Brandon Sanderson wrote the most recent book and will finish the series.
i hate Brian Jacques books, i have "the long patrol" in my bookbag right now only because most of the stuff in my librabry is crap.[QUOTE="White_wolf_eye"]

Redwall
Redwall Battlefront

I enjoyed them a lot back in high school when I read through them. Simple and enjoyable reads. There's a lot of potential there for grand set pieces, fun puzzles and a fantastic journey tat would look pretty cool.
I enjoyed the Redwall series. It is much better than Narnia.Lord of the Rings needs a proper game. I'm still disappointed that The White Council got cancelled. :cry:xTheExploitedI am too. D:
A Song of Ice and Fire. Hands down the greatest fantasy series I've ever read. Would make a great roleplaying wargame.

I enjoyed the Redwall series. It is much better than Narnia.I never read Redwall, but I've always thought it was a kids book series, based on who I've seen reading it. I knoew quite a few kids who were into it in 6th and 7th grade but after those years I never heard about it again. Narnia is a series I have seen all ages reading. I read the series myself in 5th grade, yet I know someone who is 25 and loving the books so far. Seems like a much more approachableworld for all ages just from what I've seen, though I suppose I shouldn't make final judgements until I've read Redwall.I enjoyed the Redwall series. The redwall books were the first real novels that I got into when I was a kid. I recently reread all of them a couple of years ago, and yeah, they are children's books. That's not to say that they're not good, though. There are negative conotations that come along when an adult wants to enjoy a children's book, but that's rubbish. They're fun, lighthearted escapism. And they all seem to talk a lot about food, which is never a bad thing!

Redwall - The game could have a lot of the mechanics of The Legend of Zelda/Prince of Persia. Journey on adventure that spans all over the Redwall area.
Redwall Battlefront - Take control of a Long Patrol Hare, an Abbey Mouse, an Otter or even a Badger, all controlling quite differently. Defend the Abbey from constant attacks and participate in giant battles everywhere. More of a SW: Battlefront/LotR: Conquest game.

Me and my friend used to makes fun of Brian Jaques because he looked like my other friends dad but i never new that guy was famous. I just saw him on the back of a book in my English teachers room. I always thought he was some obscure author. Please Log In to post.
