More mediocre games from Cliffy B

Pretty much the same gaming library as on the next PS; with less than a 10% variation in core games. Plus a bunch of non-core Kinect stuff. Probably a much more integrated h/w setup than enables console/base station & mobile crossover. Anda lot more aimed at non-gaming livingroom activity/entertainment.

Tablet, MMO's, 3rd party multiplats, around $400, and a slightly more balanced 1st party output than what they're doing now.

MS will probably still have an edge in multiplats.

I also expect Wii U to receive fewer multiplats, mostly loosing out on some of the niche games, they'd just drown amongst the Nintendo crowd, so Xbox 3 might have an edge there too.

Everything, like 360 has Witcher 2, Halo 4, Steel Balion, Mass Effect, Ryse, Alan Wake, Fable, GEars in core games and some casual games too

That's about it.

New emphasis on Kinect with probably a newer Kinect system.

A large push for Direct Downloading of games as opposed to buying discs.

Disc games will emphasize more on mitigating usefulness when sold second hand.

The next Xbox's OS will probably share some core components with Windows 8, making it functionally similar to a PC or Tablet with the OS, and making non game software pretty much cross platform in terms of how it can be deployed.

There will be enough graphics horsepower to run 1080p images without too much trouble, though I think devs will still rely on 720p since it will give them more leg room to boost the graphics.

This is all just speculation, but IMO I think the reason why MS hasn't been coming out with too many exclusives lately is because they are developing them for the next Xbox. Or at least that's what I hope anyway.

I expect MS to unveil the next Xbox this E3, it only makes sense as the lack of exclusives for the current Xbox only says to me that they are going to reitire it soon and are done with it.

Overall though I expect the next Xbox system to have Blu Ray (yep the Lems will be eating their words) and it will probably come with Kinect 2.0 or something.

I don't know the direction they will take XBL, but let's hope they move to a system like PSN and PS Plus, where Silver can play games for FREE but Gold is for all the other stuff. But mabey that's just wishful thinking on my part. I do expect it to have cross integration with Windows 8 however.

I hope and pray that the next Xbox does NOT go the no used games route, that would be terrible and gurantee that I wouldn't buy their system. But I wasn't planning on buying another Xbox system again anyway, I'm more of a Playstation guy.

Only thing that makes sense is that they are gearing up for the next Xbox and are focusing on making games for that. They are retiring the 360 and moving on, I expect Halo 4 to be the last exclusive for the system.

Sucks for you though, MS does't support their systems once they come out with the new one, so your going to have no choice but to drop down a bunch of money for the next Xbox. Otherwise you would literally have no new games to play.

Glad I went with Playstation, Sony supports their systems even after a new one get's released.

I think you missed the point of my post entirely, I was saying that the reason why there arn't many exclusive games coming out for the 360 anymore is because devs are making new exclusives for the NEXT Xbox.

It's the only logical reason that makes sense, they are using 360 to get Kinect fans in and then when they release the Next Xbox they attract both the Kinect gamers AND the "core" gamers.

They release Kinect titles for that fanbase, and they release the new exclusives for the "core" fanbase. Why is this so hard to understand? The 360 is dead pretty much now because MS is focusing on making games for the Next Xbox.

I expect the Next Xbox to be shown off this E3 and released next year. With both Kinect type games and "core" type games. I'm still not going to buy one though, sorry Loosey.

Both Epic and Naughty Dog are friends and play each others games. Only stupid fanboys think they hate each other, besides the two games don't have much in common at all really. Besides 3rd person shooting and cover what else is there?

Gears is a strictly fast paced shooter and that's it,

Uncharted is an action adventure game with a block buster movie like atmosphere.

Nothing alike.

Hell even there shooting and cover mechanics arn't relatable, Gears is faster paced and kinda reminds me of paintball, and Uncharted's is slower and more strategic. I think both devs are good, but I prefer Naughty Dog and Uncharted alot more.
