I'd have to say halo:ce
Super mario bros 3, banjo kazooie/tooie and platformers in general will always take presidence over any other genre, but because there aren't many out.. i cant do much about it haha. Shooters it is i guess :/

Probably PONG, before that, Pinball. I remember getting the ATARI 2600 at launch, and that was pretty exciting. I got it for my nephews and grandkids, but I still wanted to play it. I was the best at the arcades, after long weekends of fishing in the 1970's, I would stop in and play the kids there. I was the master of so many gems on ATARI 2600, and that dominance continued to the ATARI 5200/Intellivision. Intellivision Baseball ruled.
The game that is my userpic...Adventure for the 2600.Steppy_76
Yeah, that was fun game, getting those keys to the gate, and avoiding the seahorses (Dragon's). The Easter Egg in that game was really cool, 1st game to have the DESIGNER get credit.
ACTIVISION was the worlds 1st 3rd party company, and back then ATARI sued them for making games on their console. Crazy era.
