Persona 5 most definitely. Bravely Second seems promising, just finishing up Bravely Default and it was pretty good.
LOLJRPGS. none of them will be good because they are girly cute JRPGs.
Doom 4 will alone better than all these games. it will be such a BADASS games. unlike all these pink cute JRPGs.
X. If it's anything like Xenoblade I'm going to love it.
I think Persona is fantastic but unless they make the dungeons more interesting it isn't going to be at the top of my list.
Final Fantasy I don't have much hype for after all the Lightning rubbish but I'm silently hoping they will do better this time.
Love tales but my interest seems to be declining. I think the series peaked on Symphonia for me.
I guess Bravely Second could actually changed my mind if they don't completely ruin half the game again!
I don't know enough details on the games to say which will end up being the best. Xenoblade and Persona look the best right now. FF15 and Tales look the worst. I was glad to see Bloodborne off the poll. It's not really a JRPG and it doesn't look very good, anyway.

LOL SNIPER post.
Probably something really mediocre.
Yes. I mean, after all, thesegames' predecessorsare allshining standardsof mediocrity.
still a weeaboo simulator.
...
Seriously, most people, if not all here, don't know what "weeaboo" actually means.
This is so true. It seems people enjoy throwing out terms regardless of the word's original meaning, therefore watering down its definition.
1. Xenoblade is going to be amazing, very little chance of them screwing that up
2. Persona 3 and 4 were revolutionary games, but atlus hasn't made a game on current/last gen consoles yet, so we will have to see what they do with the technology
3. Final fantasy has been in a bit of a slump for a while. Game looks good, but I won't keep my hopes up until i play it
4. Never played bravely default, so I can't judge
5. The "Tales of" series has proven in the past that they can write an exceptional story with amazing character development if they really wanted to, (Vesperia, abyss, and symphonia). I was utterly disappointed with the quality of writing in the recent two tales games, but with Tales of Zestiria , it looks like they are trying to get back to their roots. Depending on how the dice are rolled, Zestiria could either be another disappointment, or an amazingly written underdog game.
+ Come on dude, you used a picture from "Tales of xillia" (The worst freaking tales game imho) for Tales of Zestiria. Don't see how a mistake like that is even possible with out either being lazy or it being deliberate :/
All them and it's hard to say. I'm also sick of people saying bloodborne. IT"S NOT A JRPG. RPG's basically got divided between into 2 clumps based on gameplay. WRGP's tended to focus more on actual roleplaying, choices, leveling up individual stats, point management very similar in a D&D way. There combat systems are usually based on dice rolls. JRPG's tend to focus on predetermined character development and story. You play as a main character who is established already in the story and you get to play through the events of their story. Bloodborne despite being made in japan, follows the WRPG gameplay path. It has more in Common With Skyrim, Fallout, Mass Effect, Witcher and so forth. It has a more action based battle system too boot and is more of a hack n slash rpg than a WRPG or JPRG.
And Dragon Age Inquisition, Witcher 3, Final Fantasy 15, Tales of Zestria, Xenoblade Chronicles all beat out Bloodborne for me. Never got into the souls series. I prefer Stories and Characters in my RPG's.
I want to play them all. Unless bravely whatever fucks up again and draws itself out by rehashing content.
X definitely has me the most excited.

That's my only problem with the game. Other than that, I thought it was really good.
Still, I'm gonna vote for Persona 5. Nothing beats Persona.

This is incorrect, they made Catherine on the current gen consoles (and did a great job with it too).
my vote is for the one with the chipper excitable girl, the brooding tough guy with a mysterious past, the guy with the funny hair and the talking animal.
so... y'know... all of them.

Amazingly enough, this description fits only one out of those five games.
So you're excited for Final Fantasy XV is what you are saying.
