What games do you currently have preordered?

If it counts, I have a copies of the spiritual follow-up to "Suikoden" and the spinoff of "The Messenger" secured via Kickstarter.

I was going to go the Gamepass route. But right now I'm thinking I'll only take Gamepass for one month, and play Sable and Aragami. Then cancel before Age IV comes out.

I'm waiting on some news about a potential physical version before preordering Age IV.

I kinda wanna play Age IV, Halo Inf, FH5 through gamepass. But I also really want to buy & own them. Modify them and tinker with them :D

If I know I'm basically going to buy a game anyway, typically preorder it the day before release, so the bonus ransom shit doesn't get segmented.

When it comes to preordering stuff like, weeks or months in advance. No point.

Nothing against people pre-ordering obviously, just sucks how pubs managed to turn that into a negative while painting it as a positive.

Anyways, nothing pre-ordered at the moment. Next scoops are probably Weeb Blood Type Lumina and Dread, but just grab them at launch.

The pre-order bonuses have got gradually worse not much point in doing it anymore.

It is made worse by the fact that you can still get the pre-order bonus without pre-ordering.

I haven't preordered anything in ages but I'll tell you what, If I could I would preorder the XSX Halo Ed. console in a heartbeat.

@davillain-: I preordered the Steam Deck. The 512 gb version. I just enjoy new tech and when I was able to preorder one I figured why not? I am interested in docking this to my OLED and see how it runs. I won’t be running anything intense like Red Dead 2 but I do plan on running some couch co-op games so I can play with my girl.

As for games? I haven’t preordered anything yet but I am excited for Horizon 5, Battlefield 2142, & Halo Infinite; despite this game just keeps getting hit with bad news…lmao. I’m mainly in it to game online with my friends.

Dying Light 2, Far Cry 6, Age of Empire IV, Tales of Arise, & Back 4 Blood are my honorable mentions that I’m keeping on my radar and see how reviews play out.

Diablo 2: Resurrected for me. I just started replaying Diablo 3 this week to get me hyped for it. Very addicting game in a good way.

@boiled-hotdug: Cool, hope you have fun with Steam Deck. Though I might get it late 2022 as I'm still a fan of desktops PC and I'm cool with my Switch as I just play Nintendo exclusives, I'm pretty much settle.

None but, I'll likely buy Battlefield and/or COD and, perhaps Guardians of the Galaxy.

Pre-order...

I usually have a few Limited Runs preordered. Not considering anything mainstream outside of the Metroid Dread Special Edition. Probably won't find that in stock though.

@BassMan: yeah i swore i never would again after cyberpunk, but... i love arkane games and i've seen enough from previews to get me excited for deathloop. pre-order means it lands in my letterbox day one. it's kind of like ordering takeaway from a place you know does good food. there's always a bit of a risk that what arrives might not be as good as the last one but you're pretty sure you're going to like it ;)

plus it's slim pickings for decent new ps5 games. the bowl is empty. makes you less risk averse

I pre-ordered Dread. I like giving Nintendo a hard time when the games start drying up, which they are for me.... But they almost never release a product that isn't finished. Nintendo games are worthy of pre-order status.
