My current gf hates video gaming, but my last gf we loved playing Diddy Kong Racing & Mario Kart DS together...she really didn't get much into other games though. Girls don't seem to get into much gamin' unfortunately.
I don't have a girlfriend, so I guess a more general question would be "what video games do you play with girls", since I do play games with my sister, nieces and cousins from time to time. I play Mario Party 8, Mario Kart DS, PGR3, Halo 3 and a few others with them.
Trauma center: New Blood, Wiisports, Guitar Hero:II, warioware, and she likes to watch me play cool looking games like Bioshock and NMH. We also play alot of NES and SNES games.
i usually play brain training, mp8, wii sports with here and she played a bit of super paper mario and mario strikers by herself. Thats about it though
My wife and I play GH and Rockband. She loves them, and I don't really like them (I think they're a cookie cutter design, that's over priced, and that's generally very little more than a over glorified mini-game)... but when I see her having fun I can't help but jam along and have fun(plus I like to see how good she'll get).
My gf has a thing for DDR and Guitar Hero but since she was born in Japan she feels the obligation to import a lot of our games. Nothing like trying to select a song when you can't even read the title. :?
I'm pretty lucky, mine likes Star Wars Battlefront 1, but it's funny she ALWAYS uses the rifleman and will only play versus against other people and not me, OH yeah, on co-op or team play I've never seen her accidently get a teamkill. Never, it's unnatural.
She will try other 3rd person shooters (and only 3rd person) but always wants to go back to Battlefront. Other than that I get some of the XBLA puzzle games for her and she digs those.
My girlfriend and i play Super Mario Galaxy together, as well as Wii Sports, and Pogo Island. She's really excited for Spore, and she'll spend many hours here playing it with me.
My girlfriend can't stand video games. She refused to let our son play them when he gets older. I don't see that happening since I play them 4+ hours a day.
She loves Shadow of the Colossus, so even though it's only a singleplayer game, we tend to experience that one together.
She also digs Calling All Cars, Mario Kart: DD, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz and Pain (just the bowling). Sometimes she'll play Wii Sports, but not really anymore.
To be fair, though, most of the games she likes are single-player.

Nothing. She once played Halo 3 all by herself when I neglected her doing something on the computer (I forgot what I was doing). She played Pokemon (dunno if she still does, but she had a Squirtle phase) on GameBoy, and probably plays Sims if she ever comes across it, as it's a bloody chick magnet. But I don't play anything with her.
They secretly love Zack & Wiki but won't admit it. And Wii tennis, and bowl but i don't see what's fun about bowl. Rather limited, but somehow that's all it takes for hours and hours.
My girlfriend really isn't a gamer, but she loves GH and collecting and shooting starbits while I play Galaxy.( she can't get past the first level by herself though.) She also likes some old school titles.
