What gives people the thought Xbox will touch PS4 sales

• 1 year head start
• 300 dollars cheaper
• 150+ more games compared to PS3
• Family smash hit Kinect
• Better Multiplats (For 4 years)
• More developer support

Yet it is still neck and neck with the PS3 which was admittedly a paper weight for the first 2 and a half years of it's life cycle.

Brand loyalty isn't an excuse considering most consumers don't have a mental problem like most fan-boys on this site.

This gen the Xbox One will undoubtedly lose in (sales) to the PS4 likely by upwards of 20~60 million.

Currently the Xbox is being outsold 2:1

His story is defunct. The PS4 is not outselling the XB1 2:1. There were more XB1 preorders in Sept then PS4. Probably because retailers aren't taking anymore PS4 preorders. From what I've been reading, the PS4 isn't going to meet the demand.

As for why the PS3 caught the Xbox 360, that's pretty easy. JAPAN. They've sold like 8+ million units in Japan compared to XBox 360 1.6 million. Remove Japan from the equation and who is ahead? That is really the PS3 only Edge is that Japanene gamers hate American consoles and won't buy a Xbox 360, XBox One, SteamBox, Ouya. Please launch the SteamBox in Japan and see how well it sells. lmao!! Valve won't even try that.
