what happens once developers start using the ps3 full power(i.e. the cell)

I think that it will only allow more complex a.i. and physics..because graphics are going to stay the same(what i mean by this..is that the graphics are going to reach its limits)..since the gpu is the one spitting it out...Ive heard sony fanboys say that... when this is realised the graphics will be 50x better...which cant be true since it has very limited ram..

Well the Unreal engine that Epic designed Unreal Tourament which looks kick ass. Said that they haven't fully utilized all the capabilities of the PS3 with the unreal engine but they didn't say what specific things would better when they maxed it out.

Also they probably haven't maxed out the 360 verision of unreal engine either. It would be interesting to compare the differences compared to PS3 engine and 360s engine. See which is better in all different areas of graphics, AI controls, exc...........

Well thats been addressed with the warranty...but the PS3 shows no sign of"teh Cell" still...:lol:

But you have nothing to disprove it other than your word which means squat..so how can you laugh as if you somehow kept track of them all.. Did you use teh hidden powaz of teh cell to do it?

Experts have discussed the cell, xram without talking about the PS3 and most say good things. Now just because sony put all these things together means it is a bad thing. The 360 is put together like a a decent gaming cpu.

You know what? You cows will be making these same threads a year from now, talking about how the cell has all this hidden power, blah blah blah.

Listen up: The PS3 is not any more powerful than the 360. The only thing that gives the PS3 an advantage is Blu-ray.

The cell will never reveal its hidden power: specs are specs. The PS3 will not magically upgrade itself in the middle of the night.
