It has been that way for the 360 since 2009 and onward, so if lemmings didn't jump out then, they won't jump out now. They enjoy the abuse M$ inflicts on them...battered lemmings.

It will try to cater for everone. MS likes money and I don't think they are going to exclude any demographic that makes them money. They will let 3rd parties do a lot of the heavy lifting much as Sony did with the PS1 and PS2 when they were on top. It wasn't until Sony lost all their 3rd party exclusives from the PS2 era they had to start ramping up their 1st party development.

If they go too casual, I'm out.

If they go always online + DRM I'll be buying all multiplats on PS4 (and I buy a lot of games all new and not used).

It will likely be about Kinect and then later on an augmented reality projection unit to work with Kinect.

Well, we can dream but that would be too good to be true me thinks - K2 is some freakin awesome tech but we'll likely be a few years into next gen before our dreams come true and it's all about K2. :o :P

All the 720 exclusive games will either be kinect only or will be 'Better with kinect', this will make it the ideal system for very young children.

I am willing to bet that at least 90 percent of the games put out next gen are multiplat. Of the remaining ten percent, half of them will be franchises (i.e Halo or Killzone).
