Bad choice of games as they sold a million copies at least. And they still aren't top sellers? There are plenty of Wii million sellers which aren't the top selling games. Ahh, but you was comparing NMH to them. Normally people call any game that sells a million a top seller. Best selling is different though. Now had you used a game like Prince of Persia, Dead Space, or Mirror Edge you would have a great comparison as all those games are getting sequals despite not selling over a million copies.[QUOTE="too_much_eslim"][QUOTE="GundamGuy0"] Not being top selling and not selling are not the same thing... LittlebigPlanet, Dead Rising, Mass Effect, and many more aren't top selling games... that doesn't mean they didn't sell, or weren't profitable. GundamGuy0

Agreed.

Weren't you apart of the crowd of fans screaming about how TP was stale. You wanted change...you might as well sleep in the bed you make. For me I fear I might not like another Zelda game again. I played Twilight princess on the gamecube and hated the game. Now that the next Zelda game will be only on the Wii I fear I might not like the controls, and they might simplify the game even more for the wii crowd. I don't want Nintendo to screw this game up for me.
My next fear is that Halo 4 may not be that good if Bungie isn't developing it.

I hate to say it, but it's going to happen eventually. The key word is "eventually." I don't see why people say they hate the controls. I've played and rented several Wii games, and they all worked for me. Also to add, I've played the game with the default control scheme; if the game supported the GC controller and Classic Controller.
Let's face it. MS and Sony will eventually have to use motion technology in the future just to keep up with Nintendo. If they don't; that would be a huge step backwards for them not to keep up with Nintendo and stick with another standard controller with little or no change.
Just my two cents.

It's not that it does not work but some of us just want to pick up a controller and relax not swing it in front of the TV.[QUOTE="chikenfriedrice"]
[QUOTE="Banjo_Kongfooie"] Casual Market, I have seen more hardcore gamers enjoy a Wii than Ps3 and 360 combined but then again I am 18 and also a Manticore. ( so Im past the fact that people call Mario a baby game)

cmon...ppl are buyin the Wii for Wii sports....games like Madworld and NMH bomb
No I could say that Ps3 owners and 360 owners only play Fifa.
This is where your arguement fails. FIFA is one of the worst selling sports franchises ever created. You could argue for Madden, but only casuals and people who wish the NFL 2K series was still around to the point of desperationplay it. DDR games sell like crap on the 360/PS3. Lips sold like crap. Most "casual games" sell like crap on the 360/PS3.My biggest gaming fear is that Sony and Microsoft go for the casual market, and translate "casual gamers" to "stupid casuals". The article "Birdmen and the Casual Fallacy" sums up my opinion here.

Actually, that, to me, translates to "go for the casual(in MS/Sony's mind stupid) gamers crowd", rather than motion sensing. That ill loose my hands in some accident and not be able to play games anymore:(-DrRobotnik-came here to post this

To me, it just sounds like a person who's stuck in the status quo and prefer things to be same. Face it, times are changing, and if you can't keep up, get out.Single player games dead and online taking the dominant throne
or casual gaming is the dominant type of gaming in the future with the hardcore dieing
hopefully that doesn't happen:(

Face it, times are changing, and if you can't keep up, get out.SpinoRaptor24Well they're not changing for the better are they? Change takes time, and a lot of developers have been caught with their pants down when the Wii starts to sell like hot cakes. We're already seeing games that are taking advantage of the Wii's capabilities, it's just that not enough are taking the Wii seriously. For the record, I wouldn't be concerned about your traditional experience (big budget violent shooters and RPGs), there'll always be a market for those kind of games, and games like Resident Evil 5 is still selling well.
Well they're not changing for the better are they?ChrisSpartan117
To some, yes. To others, no. Don't forget that motion techology on counsols is fairly new, and it will time for them to improve once developers get better at it. The saying "Patience is a virtue" comes to mind. Times are changing for counsols! Just like when they first went online and (don't quote me on that since I'm most likely wrong) didn't most people think it should stay on the PC?

In fact, they're alreadytried, by putting games like Lips and EyePet(if you've never heard of this game, imagine playing Nintendogs with the PlayStation Eye).[QUOTE="Action_Player"]

you are SOOOOOOOO wrong, FIFA games might not sell that much much in the US but in a lot of countries it's the best selling game
I have to remind you soccer is the most popular sport in the world
well I almost forgot to say my biggest fear is not having money to get a new console because o new hobbies, or just stop liking videogames but I thanks to FIFA games I'm actually pretty sure I'll never stop gaming
