What is the Amazing PS3 Exclusive to be revealed on the VGAs?

A few days ago it was revealed that the VGAs would show off a "PS3 exclusive you won't believe."

So what is this mystery game? Geoff Keighley has spent the week teasing us on his Twitter. We can only speculate until the inevitable mindf-ck on December 10th. I've assembled the most likely candidates.

I would guess its Jak and Daxter 4, why? because Sony and ND been talking about Jak and Daxter a lot lately on the PSBlog

Epic indeed say they would love their game be multiplatform and how it would happen after Gears 3 and how they are not owned by MS, Gears wouldnt be Ps exclusive tho, i mean it sure would be a game *everyone wouldnt believe* but more like a multiplatform like mass effect than exclusive, something i wouldnt believe would be like Jak4, a Final Fantasy 7 remake, dark Cloud 3, etc

I don't think they would make it exclusive. I think the next gears game/trilogy will be multiplat though.

It'll probably be Sony Smash Bros. Which makes sense, because I for one definitely would not believe Sony would actually spend the time and money on such a ridiculous game.

Half Life 3 while it will never happen, will definitely be the biggest announcement they could make. PC gamers would go insane, steam would be boycotted, death threats sent to Gabe Newell, protest. I can't think of another series that would provide lulz like that, it would only be Halo or Nintendo games that could equal that melt down.

Given the "you won't believe part", its got to be considerably unexpected. Likely a franchise thats been off the shelves for a while, or its announcement has been forgotten. What comes to mind as some that'd fit the bill include Jak 4, Kingdom Hearts 3, Star Wars: Battlefront 3, and anything else like them.

I don't know what it will be, but i'm sure it will be disappointing. Of course they are going to hype it saying its amazing and we wont believe it or whatever just so people watch the VGA.

Good point. Jak 4 just seems like to much of a given to be not believed. It could also be an exclusive from a formerly multiplat developer? Half Life 3? The new Bioware game?

Apparently SW will be amazed by ANY PS3 exclusive that gets revealed. I for one really want to see Sony Smash Bros, and I think it's guaranteed to be that.
