i see a lot of praise for RE4 without doubt it was a fantastic game but not the best in the series imo, i felt Resident Evil 1 was the best and to be more specific REmake on GC. that is a game that should receive a 360, pS3 upgrade. i think the over the sholder vantage is sweet but the originol camera made it scarier, and the mansion was creepy.Â
all time underrated games imo = Battle Arena Toshinden series, Soulblazer, oribinol Ninja Gaiden, star Fox 64, Guilty Gear, Turok.Â
For me it is probably a tie between The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Soul Calibur for the dreamcast. Ocarina of Time was a masterpiece at its time and it is still an enjoyable game still to this day for me. Soul Calibur was a absolute beauty back in the day and if it did had online play for XBox Live then I would still be playing this great game.
The first game I ever played was the original Diablo, so that holds a special place in my heart. StarCraft too. Come to think of it, Halo was both fun and pioneering, and Final Fantasy VII and Half-life. And the Ocarina of Time. And GTA 3. There will never be a 'best' game, only one's current 'favorite,' which by the way is always changing for me.
