Tricky one.

I'm going to say Okami, because that's the first that comes to mind. I think I could come up eith more creative titels though, if I think long and hard on it.

I also think that Nintendo has the most creative games. They rehash much of their big IP's, but when these titles were new they set the creative standard, something which they repeated with the transition to 3D gaming (without the glasses :P, talking about OoT and Mario 64 for instance). More recently, Pikmin serves as an example of (a) great game(s) doing really creative things.

Super Mario Galaxy. Every level was incredibly creative and fun except for a few dreadful underwater levels. The levels with water were also the only levels with bad controls.

Oh ho, now that's a difficult one. I'm gonna say Persona 3/4. Not overly creative altogether, but I loved the social links you could gain, which would make persona's more pwerful.

As much as people say Nintendo keeps releasing more of the same, most of their games ooze with creativity. Each level in Mario Galaxy 1/2 has more creativity then most full next gen games, and just simply in their level design in games like Zelda and Metroid. They have such creative ways to solving problems and puzzles, while most other games are still stuck with simply pushing blocks and flipping switches.

I'd like to give a shout out to Harvest Moon, well, the original Harvest Moon (and the N64 and PS1 versions), before the series started churning out games at a faster rate than EA's sports franchises. Farming, chores and social interaction made fun? Hell yes.

I really like Persona 4,but tartarus in P3 was so repetitive that I never actually finished it... The themed dungeons of P4 were so much better, and the characters in general as well imo. I mean,Nanako FTW!:P

Definately agree. Persona 4 is my favourite by far, both due to dungeons and characters. Tartarus changed up a little, but wasn't as varied as the dungeons in 4.

Lol, Nanako was definately awesome... "Everyday's great at your Junes!" :P

Braid. That game was a complete head****. Especially the section where if you walk to the right of the screen, time goes forward, if you walk to the left, time goes backwards. :(

I think that both SMG and SMG2 had some of the most creative levels ever, also, i still find the concept, gameplay and even music in World of Goo very creative.

It's not a game that I own (I only have played a demo), but I have to say Katamari. It's not only a neat concept, but it's also challenging, addicting, and I doubt it would get old anytime soon. If only I could find a copy of and of the games in the series...

There is no 'most creative game'. By choosing one you are automatically quantifying.

Hard to say. I've seen the most creativity in LBP, so I guess I'll go with that. Though the devs didn't do it all themselves, they did provide the tools.

Super Mario Galaxy 2. Yes, it had the same presentation as SMG1, but every level was filled with so much creativity and amazing gameplay that you forget about that real soon.

There's nothing creative about Okami besides its art style. The combat is a boring rip off of zelda's.

The most creative game I've ever played is Kirby Canvas Curse. Runner Up is meteos.
