For me, it was Ratchet: Deadlocked. Ratchet is my favorite series and I was greatly anticipating Deadlocked. It was nothing like the R&C games that I had come to know and love, and the worst part of all is that there was no unlockable Insomniac Museum. WTF Insomniac?!?!
I personally enjoyed Size Matters 100x more than Deadlocked. Â
Mine would have to be Tomb Raider AOD, although it was pretty good I suppose

Angel of Darkness is also my response, but I differ with you, it wasn't pretty good at all, it was terrible.
The game was released almost as a beta version, it had tons of glitches, some of them were game-stopping, it had missing moves and features printed in the manual, and even Lara didn't had dual pistols, even though they are shown in the game-footage intro movie.
Angel of Darkness is also the only console game that has ever made me start all over because of a gaming stopping glitch.
Do people here agree when I say that Metroid Echoes was better than Halo 2?

Not really comparable but Echoes was a great sequel to the first Prime. Other than the tacked on multiplayer.
My most disappointing sequel would have to be KotOR II:TSL. I still like the game but Lucasarts pushing it out and not letting it get finished properly really pissed me off.
For me...it is Strider Returns (aka: Journey from darkness). The original Strider is great and the more recent psx strider is also good but the crap that us gold tried to pass off as strider 2 was just that....CRAP!
         It's Halo 2 with out a doubt - if you were a fan of Halo SP mode  - Now lets try the Halo 3 SP on for size - mmmmm - fits just right to finish the fight !!Â
          Hmm even better than I could have imagined - Now if only I had a high end PC so I could get it in 2010 - 2011 - nah, make it 2012 ;)
Master of Orion III - the first two were great (second one got high AA here and mid AA on gamerankings) but this was a mess of a game and easily one of the worst games I've played (got a 6.7 here and 59% on gamerankings)
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - it improved on the graphics and combat system over morrowind but got worse in most other areas
Medal of Honor: Rising Sun - Frontline was actually a pretty good game, but this one was terrible and I never even bothered to finish the campaignÂ
I love it how so many people have convinced themselves that the Halo 2 single player "Sucked." Okay, so it didn't live up to the hype, I'll give you that, but saying it "sucked" is going a little too far...

Same Here I loved Mario Sunshine but I never played Mario 64 except for a Demo at Target or Walmart or wherever I was.

I enjoyed it, but it was no where near as good as 64.
Three-way tie between Deus Ex: Invisible War, Thief: Deadly Shadows, and Halo 2. DX:IW was missing something...everything felt cramped, the inventory seemed dumbed-down, and I just don't get how all those different guns used the SAME ammo. The fact that it ran like crap on the average PC of the time didn't help, either. T: DS lacked rope arrows, and had split-up levels. (Performed better than DX:IW, though.) Halo 2 had disappointing singleplayer AND multiplayer. At least Halo 1 was fun in the multiplayer side of things.

Definitely Halo 2. Not only was the single-player inferior to the original but so was the multi-player. Sure you could play it online, and well, but it was still no where near as good as the original when playing with other people.
