What is the most disappointing sequal ever?

Halo 2 - Campaign wise, that is.

Halo 2, the story mode in particular. I really hope Halo 3 redeems itself. Then I can just forget about the travesty that was Halo 2.duncanvk

I love it how so many people have convinced themselves that the Halo 2 single player "Sucked." Okay, so it didn't live up to the hype, I'll give you that, but saying it "sucked" is going a little too far...RawDeal_basic

What do you expect when for some reason these people expected the second coming of Christ? Even though the first single-player offering was just as medicore and boring as the second, so I have no idea what everyone expected.

The DS one was enjoyable on the other hand.

gotta disagree with you on COD 2, i think that was the best game of the series, definitely better than COD 3 (maybe you meant 3 instead of 2?)

I agree, I felt it was more of a expansion than a true sequal.

Other than that, Super Mario Sunshine. Such a dull game. :(

Actually I must agree with him, San Andreas was crap. If Im honest. Exploration was awesome but the single player campaign was sooooo boring

Yeah, the 360 is miles better than the original XB. It is a better sequal like Godfather 2.

 hahahha are we going to compare console now? i think the award have to go to the Sega Saturn, b/c Dreamcast for however long it last gave us the 2K series ( NFL 2K, NBA 2K ) and maybe the SNES was pretty bad compare to the good library of the NES
