Grand Theft Auto, Final Fantasy, God of War, Kingdom Hearts. You see, I can play this lame "name the most popular franchises outside of your console of choice" game too :lol:. Though I do agree Halo is over-rated

The Metroid Prime series is underhyped, mainly due to Dual Analog fans complaining about the control scheme.

And to say that those games "fail" every time is just sad.

However, the series that I see as overhyped above all others is the Grand Theft Auto series, as the games continue, the hype builds but the games get worse
