What is the official hype for heavy rain?

This "game" looks like a 6.0 to me, but I want to know what the official hype is before cows start back pedaling when more reviews come out.

I would say the hype is AA, some of the more mad cows are hyping it AAA.

Based on the current critical response(AAA), I'm guessing GS will give it an 8.5. But who knows. They could surprise us.

My hype is AA. I'm buying it no matter what the score, but AAA would be nice.

I'm expecting B, but I wouldn't be all that surprised if it achieved A-AAA status. Seems like a love it, hate it type of game. Anyways, I thought the official hype was AAA.

I did as well alot of cows hyped it up after the first reviews but we shall see.

New IP and their last game was AA so there you go. If it does better than that , then great. If it goes lower than that , I'll still play through it because I'm very curious about it.

A or AA. It's not going to be a AAA title. If it does, then that'd certainly surprise me. Definitely not going to be everyone's cup of tea and expecting a lot of mixed reviews. Probably many "attacking" whether or not it's a game to whatever standards they hold it up to. That said, I can't wait for it!

Mad cows? I am a ps360 owner who some would say is more partial to the 360 but I am most definately hyping this game AAA. Looks brilliant and I have it preordered.

I remember reading a Heavy Rain defense thread, and judging from that you'd think they were defending an AAAE game. I hope this will be the first PS3 AAA game for the year, but I guess the "official" hype is 8.5.

This games review's will be all over the place me thinks...

There's a difference between the select people who soil their pants at the first sight of an exclusive and the actual results. Every game is pretty much anticipated but how that's measured is by fanboys and people who actually have the sensibility not to get ahead of themselves. The game wasn't going to be AAA. I'd be shocked if it did.
