We ALREADY pay $50 a year for Xbox Live, and THIS is what we get!!!
- Epic games is trying to release their new downloadable content for Gears of War for free because they support their customers, but Microsoft isn't letting this happen. They're forcing Epic to charge money for the maps they want free because they want customers to get used to the business model of paying for items on the marketplace.
- This was a while back, but they almost put in consumables, where you pay for things in the game with real money(temporary things). They talked about how customers who wanted to pay money like this could finally enjoy it. I'm sorry, but no one enjoys paying like this and it doesn't benefit the customer.
- We also have to pay $140 to fix the Xbox 360s that are messing up, and before they made us pay for shipping! Luckily they recently fixed this, probably because of all the complaints.
Microsoft is not doing ANYTHING that benefits the customer. Forcing people to pay for stuff that should be free? I think Microsoft is going WAY TOO FAR, they're becoming like what Sony was. Sony's online service doesn't compare with Xbox Live, but the fact that it's free makes it look a lot better than what Microsoft is doing!
