I like the NFL, College Sports, and MLS Soccer. The 360 allowed me to see games I normally would not have been able to see. Plus I gamble (Small change) pn football games and play fantasy football.
The new XBONE interface will allow me to watch multiple games at a time. Not only that but I think it is nice that I can play games and keep a few windows open on the screen where I can glance at scores of the games I am not interested in watching but curious about the stats.

I have always liked Microsofts exclusive games better. Halo and Forza would be enough for me but it looks like they are serious about exclusive content and admitted the last few years for the 360 was badly handled. Killer I nstinct is back which makes me happy. And since Nintendo will nevr make another Starfox game other than cheap handheld remakes I am hoping Crimson Dragon scratches taht itch. And since the Panzer Dragoon series is amazing I think it will be great.

Finally, people who have kids and a Kinect will tell you that they think the Kinect is the coolest thing sonce the invention of air conditioning.

I highly doubt even the plastic shell is made in the US. Like 98% of electronics they are made in Asia (mostly in China).

As a gaming console it'll probably have nearly all the best 3rd party games which will likely be on X1, PC, and PS4, and rumors about them increasing the memory bandwidth to 192GB/s and use of the DX11.2 kind of make things interesting. Plus the console interface features seem appealing. Besides we have months before either consoles launch. We've plenty of time to see head -to-heads to see how the consoles perform against each other. To be honest though none of the console exclusives releasing interest me (save for Crimson Dragon) but I'd easily overlook that if I knew for certain the PS4 would be the better choice. Now things aren't as easy looking as they were at E3, with games not getting the full 60fps expected of them kind of makes room for doubt about all its touted to be. I'm sure I'll be happy with either pick.lamprey263

I think a year or two into the next console cycle 1080p and 60 fps will become the norm considering ~720p and ~20-30 fps were the standard for consoles this gen. The PS4 and X1 are so powerful that there really is no excuse.

Exclusive games, entertainment features, voice and motion control, Skype, NFL fantasy Football app, Xbox Live, Cloud. Those are the reasons I'm buying a Xbox One.

I'm not buying a PS4 cause all it is is a video game system with better graphics, and I wnat that and more for my money. That's not enough anymore for me to justify 400 dollars. And the features of nthe Xbox One interest me. If all you want to do is game Id stick with a PS4 cause it has better specs and thats all it does. But my Xbox One will have great games and alot more and those extra things interest me.

At least, from the way I see Microsoft maneuvering the One. They're trying to position the Kinect as a great consumer experience device--none of the other features differentiate it from it's peers. The concern is, are consumers (casuals) really that interested in the device to pay an initial $500 premium along with a recurring Gold subscription? Doubtful, but Microsoft loves to throw money at advertising--we'll see.
