I like the DA:O DLCs, sure, some are complete crap like Darkspawn Chronicles, and some leave even more questions like Witch Hunt, but some are great like Leliana's Song and Stone Prisoner.

Oblivion's Horse Armour. It was amazing how something you could get for such a low, low price could add so much more content to an already vast game. I remember when I first downloaded it and marvelled at my majestic and well-protected horse, and couldn't help but envision a world full of such amazing extra content. "If DLC can shield a horse, perhaps it could do other amazing things?" I thought to myself. And yet, the greatness of Horse Armour has yet to be met by any other piece of DLC on any platform. Nowadays they focus more on giving us boring quests whilst our horses sit naked. Maybe they're not actual horses. Maybe they're the wheeled horses of GTA, the transforming Horses of Transformers or the non-existant horses of Fallout. Either way, they're all naked. And it's sad.

Not counting Shivering Isles or the GTA4 Episodes (because they're really more conveniently-downloadable expansions than DLC) I'd say it's easily Lair of the Shadow Broker.

Wipeout HD Fury. It doubled the amount of content in the game for a very nice price.

Slashkice

My friend got that. I was like "hey is that the new Wipeout it looks pretty similair." and then he's like "its DLC dude". Followed by me raging at myself for buying the original mw2 map pack

Rock Band DLC is my favorite overall, though which song/song pack/album would vary by what mood I'm in when asked...

Lair of the Shadow Broker is the one that comes to mind, for me. Great atmosphere, superb boss fights and great writing. Although I suppose the latter should be expected, considering the studio that made it.Doom_HellKnight
ditto Shadow Broker was the best I've played. It was better than 90% of the missions in ME2 and I LOOOOOVE ME 2
