What is your favorite series that came out this generation?

Dark Souls/Demon's Souls. Can't wait for the inevitable announcement of Demon's Souls 2 exclusively for PS3 :p

Mass Effect and Batman Akrham I guess. THough my favourite series ever is Elder scrolls :D

Little Big Planet, based mostly on the strength of the second PS3 title. I have yet to play the handheld version & likely never will. The original game is not that great, but number two is totally mind blowing.

Heavy Rain, or 999.

THey're not really a series, but hopefully they get sequels.

Most new series from this gen suck ass.

If someone put a gun to my head, though, I'd probably say Gears. 1 and 3 were good.

Uncharted and probably Bioshock because it is one of the few games that tackles political and philisophical questions about society. The games have an odd moral teachings to them.
