Haven't played either of the ICO games, so I think it's a tie between that, (mostly because of SOTC) and Killzone 3. This will be a great year for all gamers, but imo sony has the best lineup. Soooo many great games. Although, the 3ds Will have some truly amazing games, I just don't know that much about them lol
Two Worlds 2. Two Worlds developers still know how to make RPGs with actual depth, unlike the hacks at Bioware and Bethesda. Now it also performs much better as well.

Well that's because Reality Pump hasn't jump onto the bandwagon of striping down RPG elements in a RPG title yet (hopefully they don't)

Does anyone know if Witcher 2 is coming to consoles? In the last interview they said there is a chance that we would see a PS3/360 version of the game. But it won't be until a while after the PC version comes out. So keep your fingers crossed.

Sadly it does. I hope they strip the character progression too much (Fable 2,3 were jokes in that aspect)
