What is your something related to video gaming "Pet Peeve"?

I'm hoping everyone knows what I mean.. Ahem

I'll start, what gets me angered/annoyed is when people are so reliantonvideo game reviews.

Don't let propaganda run your lives, you areyour own person with different tastes, likes and dislikes. Don't limit yourself, thats all I have to say..

P.S. There are demos nowadays too.. You could easily test it out and make your own assumptions. Freedom!!!!!!!

When really good games turn out to be really short, I get pissed. Not gonna mention any names of course :P

I also strongly dislike games hiding behind online multiplayer as a reason to make the singleplayer feel tacked on.

You just want to strangle the little bastards.

- Single player experiance shafted in place for decent online (luckily doesn't happen on PC much)

- Bloom, blur.

- Invisible walls where a real wall would fit well.

- Veichles you can't ride (in FPS)

Games that are claimed to be much more than they actually are.

Games that claim to be revolutionary but just plain aren't.

I can still enjoy games that fit into these categories (BioShock and Fable were some of my favorite games for their respective years), but it just annoys me when this happens.

Yeah, besides the two things I already mentioned, overuse of bloom and/or blur (or bloom/blur used wrong) and unneeded invisible walls are two things I could really do without.
