What NEEDS to happen at E3 2007.

What do you guys think need to be announced/shown at E3 this year?

I really want:

• Final Fantasy VII remake confirmed for PS3.
• GTAIV shown off a lot (gameplay!).
• MGSIV/FFXIII demoed.
• GT5 release date announced with footage shown.
• Another Advance Wars for DS.
• NSMB 2 announced for DS.
• RE5 gameplay shown and release date announced.
• Heaps of Halo 3 footage (final build shown).
• KZ PS3 footage matching (or getting close to matching) E3 2005 trailer.
  
• Super Smash Bros. Chaos announced for DS.

A Halo 3 single player demo that goes for about 10 mins like the E3 2003 one, and takes place on earth!!

Star Wars Battlefront 3 has been strongly rumoured to be in development already, by Free Radical. Kind of disappointing for me since I wanted them to do another Timesplitters game.

For Sony, a LOT of exclusively sealed games and very impressive graphics(we're looking at you KZ2). For Nintendo, lots of innovative games for the Wii. And Microsoft, needs to show Halo 3 and call it a day(they don't need much help right now). Oh btw TC, I like that FFVII box art. Very impressive except for the subtitle. How about "Rise of Jenova" or "Fall of Midgar"?game_masta14

I didn't actually make that boxart, lol. I just typed in FFVII PS3 remake and it came up with that. "Rise of Jenova" would be a great subtitle btw.

Miyamoto needs to finally reveal his new IP!! Nintendo also needs to reveal a new Kid Icarus, Golden Sun, Star Tropics, Punch Out, Pikmin, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing. Man, Nintendo has a lot of work to do. peaceful_anger

- Actually KZ2 footage, remake of FF7 announced(please), new Halo 3 footage that doesn't look terrible(which there will be), a new Twisted Metal game.  All I can think of for now.

Yep, AW is my most played DS game. I've put in over 50 hours I think (I know some people who have put in like 200!). I love that series, they and that would be amazing if Nintendo did announce it. Nintendo said it sold well so I wouldn't be surprised with another AW.

Square should be smacked for remaking FFVII if it happens. If they port the original to PSP or DS then fine but to waste all those resources on just a freaking remake is just in my opinion a waste of resources. Why not just make FFVII-2?

If I see another FF sequel I'd be very annoyed. FFX-2 sucked!

What exactly is bad about them doing FFVII for PS3? It's not like it would make FFXIII worse. SE is a big company. I'm sure they'd have enough people to develop both games well.

I still think (and hope) that the FFVII remake is being kept under wraps for a big announcement soon and a release later this year.

If they made a remake of FF7 i would just want them to update the graphics, maybe redesign the dungeons, but i don't want them to fiddle with the gameplay or story (stay dead Aeris, i never liked you anyway)

Smash Bros. on DS would sell like crazy but be total crap.  I'm against that idea.
