Oblivion - It's not an rpg. It's an action adventure. Let me loosely quote what I have heard many people say: "I don't like RPGs, but I love oblivion because it's awesome"... it's illogical. Secondly, what I hate more is that it was designed badly on every level.
Technically it's a mess, the graphics aren't impressive enough for the slowdown it has in framerate, and they are sometimes just butt-ugly.
Gameplay wise. Where to begin? That everything is scaled to your level, making the challenge the same (and in the end dull) throughout the game, and making dungeon crawling fruitless as you'll find the same gear over and over. The stat system is outbalanced. The quests are linear, dull, and only require you to kill things. The AI is stupid at best, from bums that stare at walls forever, to enemies that get stuck behind everything, and allies that walk in front of your blade. The voice-acting is also beyond terrible, save for Patrick Stewart's voicework. And all the hollywood stars in the world won't cover up the poorly written dialogue that you do find. This game is a travesty, and everybody save for a few are still caught up in the hype. It's a fun game, but it's nothing what people make it out to be.
Halo 2 - Been there, done that, way before it was released it's simply put not revolutionary. Online play is mediocre at best, from auto-aim to screaming kiddies, I can't understand what fun there is to be had. Let's not talk about the single-player experience...
World of Warcraft - Watered down crap for the masses, 'nuff said. But if people want to throw money at Blizzard for giving them more of the same each month (mindless grinding), than hey, let people be idiots.
JRPGs that spoonfeed you the story - Pretty much every JRPG that comes out these days, where everything is delivered to you on a platter by just progressing, where you don't have to puzzle pieces together yourself, where the spoonfed story has so much focus it consists of more than 25% of the game length.
